I have rolled up a charcoal burner which may not be the most exciting background but once I get them out of the woods they'll be fine!  (I don't intentionally roll up characters who hang around the woods all day :) )

What about yourself?

But it's a good point, Lukas. GM, are we considering a more rural or a more urban campaign here?

That's a good question, and I've actually being trying to make up my mind on where to start. Seeing what you guys come up with is helping!

The 'official' 2e campaign is called Paths of the Damned which begins in a small Middenland village before moving on to nearby Middenheim. If we play that one both 'local' rural characters and more urban and/or exotic characters could fit. The village was cut off during the Storm of Chaos (a massive but ultimately defeated invasion of Middenland by Chaos armies in the recent past) so anyone might have been 'trapped' in the village.

I'm sort of in two minds about running Paths of the Damned though, for two reasons. The first is that it is as I said partly set in Middenheim and I don't want to thread on your toes Player One since I know we are heading there in 'The Enemy Within'. The second is that it plays into the Storm of Chaos background and while the Storm itself has passed I know some of you aren't too fond of that part of the background (and even I might tweak it to be... less apocalyptic.) On the other hand it does have the advantage of being a proper linked campaign that was designed for newer players and moves about a bit.

Alternately there are a few fun looking adventures (both published and fan made) that I could try instead but they aren't part of an extended campaign so we'd be more seeing as we go along and I'd be bringing in more of my own material. (eep!)

Player Three:
Howdy player one and player two. :)

Re: 2. OOC: Chat Thread!

From my brief reading of the intro of Paths of the Damned (I tried to avoid spoilers!), there is very little reference to The Enemy Within in the actual story. There is some background being mentioned, but only in passing and some knowledge of the Middenheim should not be a problem.

Or we can just try with an independent adventure and see where would that take us!

Another question, GM. You mentioned the Career Compendium in RTJ thread. Does it mean that instead of rolling for a career based on the core rulebook tables we are allowed to roll for that extensive list from the Career Compendium?

Absolutely if you like Player One you can roll on the Career Compendium list instead.

Thanks for clarifying the Middenheim situation Also I found a stash of 2nd edition fan made adventures so we have a lot to choose from!

Yep! Some of them look really fun too. :)

I'm looking for maybe four or five players overall so I'm tentatively checking a few other games to see if anyone is interested. Four could absolutely work though.

Joking aside, I'll give the 2e character generation rules a good read through over the next day or so, get Lukas rolled up properly and pull an initial hook together for why he is adventuring then he should be ready to be dropped in anywhere :)

I'm going to wait another few days to let you guys get your characters in order. As always if you have any questions direct them at me. :)

So far we have a dwarf, a halfling, a Kislevite and a human charcoal-burner from the Empire. That's an interesting mix that could sort of fit in anywhere (well maybe not high society.)

I know I'm definitely leaning towards certain adventures but I think I could do some work adapting locations if anyone wants a particular location (within reason - setting a game in Lustria, Ulthuan or Naggaroth might just stretch my plagiarism talents a might too far.)

Okay, kicking things up a notch.

I've just posted some brief info on Untergard, the Middenland village where we will beginning the Paths of the Damned Campaign. Consult it!

I'll give everyone until Tuesday to finish up everything before we begin actual play. Lukas, you are probably a local but the rest of you will have various reasons why you might have ended up in Untergard before the beastmen and mutants attacked, which could be as simple as passing through en-route to somewhere else.

You can discuss whether and how you know each other here before we kick in or field any questions to me. :)

2. OOC: Chat Thread!

I am envisioning that Lukas made a living in the forests near Interfaces, maybe even on the (relatively) quieter fringes of the Drakwald.  Even though the attack by the beastmen was a surprise attack Lukas may have been involved with a terrifying flight to the safety of the town when the attack was coming.  Of course when he got there the town was not really a place of safety!

He was likely involved with the defence of the town and survived through luck, hard work and doing what he was told when someone important shouted it.  He was not a warrior but could swing an axe at a beastman when he had too and also run and hide when things got to much.

In good times he traded charcoal in the town so some locals may have known him but living out in the woods with his kiln he wasn't particularly involved in society as such.

In the after effects of the battle his skills were helpful, especially sourcing fuel from the ruins - a useful skill with a displaced populace finding their feet again.  Now the town has less than a hundred inhabitants he will be viewed as 'one of us now'.

I imagine characters from the town will be known to Lukas, maybe if Harkrin has been involved in any rebuilding (because yeah... dwarfs) Lukas may have helped with basic labouring tasks.

If anyone needs a friend from 'saving/being saved from certain death' there is a chance you were in the right/wrong place to stop a beastman's gore.

All of the above is off the top of my head  and we can adapt as we see fit for our reasons to be together.

Hi, boys! I'm thrilled to be here to help you all with your problems since, apparently, you've gone and made a mess of things! It was beastmen, right? Tsk, Doctor-Professor Abernathy Helmusgringel wrote a treatise on beastmen infestations and it really isn't all that hard to deal with them! But that's what Altdorf is for: helping the provincials by bearing the Light of Sigurd!

If you've ever met a 24 yo sorority girl who just finished her Master's degree, I'm her archetype: compassion and condescension married to innocent cheerful optimism. Well, as innocent as you can be with a grounding in knowledge of the TERRIBLE THREAT OF THE RUINOUS POWERS.

About a week. The first three days were spent burying bodies (burning in the case of Beastmen and Mutants) and searching for survivors in the ruins. After that the town was hit by heavy storms rendering the roads more or less impassable.

The Imperial Army left the day after the battle, heading north. Nearly everyone left in Untergard is a civilian survivor or refugee, except for a few watchmen under Captain Schiller and the survivors as a whole skew disproportionately young or old and female (a lot of men either died in the fighting or went with the army.)

Well that and the risk of the odds catching up with you if you are throwing around fistfuls of dice! ;)

Re: 2. OOC: Chat Thread!

Okay all we are looking at our first fight. This is new to me so bear with me folks!

First everyone roll initiative and post it here. The Mutants are at 36 so there is a good chance some of you will be acting ahead of them.

There are plenty of people in the Ackerplatz trying to get away but they aren't marked on the map. You can assume they'll be heading directly away from the bridge at least!

Captain Schiller, two of his men (he has half a dozen others posted at the gates) and Father Schiller are also present and have kept their heads but are for the moment busy trying to control the panic.

Time for heroes (or at least the next best thing!)

Initiative Order:

Edgar: 44
Lukas: 41
Mutants: 36
Jocelin: 33
Fyodor: 33
Harkrin: 33

Do I need to Channel/Cast in the same round? I was thinking:

Round 1
Half: Move
Half: Channel for spell "A"

Round 2
Half: Cast spell "A"
Half: Move? Channel?

While it is ambiguous I think the intention of the rules is it has to be in the same round "if you use Channelling, casting a spell must be your next action." (My italics)

I'd suggest either spending a Fortune Point (which you recover after a night's sleep remember) to buy an extra half action this round, or forgoing Channelling to move and cast or just moving to a more advantageous position to cast next round.

My advice is to spend the Fortune Point - you succeeded in your Channelling roll anyway so best use it.

Yes.

How far do you wish to move this turn and to where? A regular, half action move is 4 squares so you can move up to 8.

A single square.

Updated map for Round 2 in the IC. As you can see Fyodor and Harkrim both moved as well in their turns (Harkrim outright ran!) Fyodor, I put you next to Edgar since I'm assuming you didn't actually leapfrog him before you fired! :)

I'll give them a fuller read shortly.  I quite like the nuance of the different moves like 'All Out Attack'.  I think it helps the narrative of combat as well as tactics.

Edit: Also noticed I rolled a d6 rather than a d10 for damage.  Since we have a flow going i am happy let it go and not reroll (I'll get a 1 anyway).  Serves me right for not reading the rules properly lol.

Yeah, it's neat. 'All Out Attack' is basically going berserk in the Viking sense - you get a bonus to hit but you basically give up being able to actively defend yourself.

That's a Critical Hit to Mutant #1's right leg:

Leg struck numb by the attack. Character’s Movement Characteristic is reduced to 1 for one round and during that time he cannot dodge and suffers a –20% penalty on related Agility Tests.

"Well go on, Messenger. Convince them of the need to stop these petty squabbles from dividing us."

was the slightly condescending bit :)

Night Vision is such an underrated skill in my opinion in Warhammer considering how often characters are outside and in the dark poking about stuff.

And apologies Jocelin, whenever I am engaging with your character I am itching to call her Joss.  I have a good friend called Jocelyn but when we first met I called her Joss or Jossy because that's what her manager called her at work and I thought that's what everyone called her.  We became really good friends and she mentioned how much she hated being called Joss and it was only her manager and I who called her that.  I stopped obviously but felt rather mortified by it.  In my head Lukas is a decent enough bloke but not exactly worldly wise, and perhaps even a bit naïve.  It may be cruel but I do like a bit of social embarrassment headed his way now and then so I am not surprised I am happily channelling my own social faux pas :)

And channelling this too - one of the greatest shows from my childhood that I recently binged watched with my youngest :) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6IqznlB1GhI

Loving the IC conversations guys. Great work. :)

Jocelin, regarding your question anti-Elvish attitudes in general are very common in the Empire (though less so in Altdorf and for a wizard - Jocelin's attitude wouldn't be fringe exactly but she'd certainly be in the minority in her profession.) Most people probably wouldn't explicitly link the Elves with Chaos, but there are all sorts of rumours about the eerie long lived long earred folk.

Lukas, Harkrin and Fyodor are going to be keeping watch (along with other volunteers Captain Schiller can find; you won't be spending the entire night on your feet.)

In reply to Jocelin Herzog (msg # 232):

On your Secondary Profile you should have a box marled 'IP' which short for Insanity Points. Put a '1' there.

In and of itself a single insanity point isn't mechanically meaningful but should you ever earn '6' your character is at serious risk of developing a mental disorder.

Hi guys

I'm back, it's been a bit of a roolercoaster ride this last month or so.... Another stay in hospital another course of antibiotics and still more tests.

Passed yet another kidney stone a week or so ago.... They say I have one left inside and if it doesn't make an appearance by the new year they might take me in to zap it with sonic beam to break it up into little bits that will pass naturally.

Even though my kidneys, espe ially the right one has been enlarged off and on for some time test show no lasting damage so far.

So overall things are going in the right direction so I thought the little halfling Edgar should reappear from inside one of the wagons and rejoin the party :)

I hope you are on the mend Edgar and recovering.  It sounds like you have been through it a bit!

GM - can I clarify the position?  Behind the log where the corpses are being placed there are a number of small holes made by arrows.  Are the arrows still there / sticking up like caltrops?  I can see that Father Dietrich has fallen in a spiked pit trap and Edgar is trying to rescue him but do we know if we are under attack from goblins in an ambush?

Bonus GM points for the spiked pit trap by the way.  When I was a kid you couldn't go five pages without someone falling into a spiked (poison tipped) put trap in game books!

The arrows are gone (or rather spent; you found many of them in the bodies of the unfortunate ambush victims.) I can confirm that there are no goblins currently shooting at you, and no sign of any in the immediate vicinity.

Also much as I'd love to claim credit the spiked pit is in the published adventure. :)

just to give you the heads up the priest is down in the pit trap embedded on stakes. Edgar went down to be with him when he died and the priest gave Edgar the small relic.

Edgar then climbed back up and Granny will say the prayers over the pit once the priest's body has been covered with earth. :)

I'm trying to decide on bringing in a fifth player or not. On the one hand four players is a nice even, managablesize and I think you guys gel well. On the other hand it would be very useful having someone around who knows magic and having a literate character is dang near vital!

I broke off things in the IC to allow you guys to talk to the Captain (and anyone else in the caravan) but for all intents and purposes we've just finished 'Through the Drakwald'. Well done guys, and thank you for sticking with this during the numerous hiatuses. :)

I think we've lost Jocelin and Edgar unfortunately so I'll retire them to NPC status. Having said that if anyone really wants to swap their current character and take over either Jocelin or Edgar I'd consider it.

So XP time!

125 XP each for surviving the adventure and escorting the Untergard survivors to safety.
50 XP each for stopping Granny Moescher summoning a daemon.
25 XP each for for character roleplaying.

Lukas will take 5% in S and T then - he certainly needs to toughen up a bit if he is going to survive.

Long term career, some of this adventure so far has seen him scouting ahead or tracking back so I think Scout is a good second career for him.  He possibly won't progress this until any city adventuring is over.  Therefore I may find something as a tide over until he leaves the city but I think Scout is a good option for now.

I happy to keep the current IC thread open a little longer if you guys want to wrap up things there? *Nudges Klinka, Fyodor and Pieter*

And with that we have officially finished Through the Drakwald and moved onto the next stage of the adventure. I've posted a new thread along with a map of Middenheim (in the Game Map funnily enough.)

There very much is an adventure path full of doom interesting encounters but I also know that being in the big city gives you guys more freedom and opportunity than you've had up until now. Feel free to look around and investigate things a little. :)

Re: 2. OOC: Chat Thread!

I like to use images a lot but it was surprisingly hard finding a picture online to suit The Drowned Rat (there isn't one in Ashes of Middenheim.) Of course there are umpteen billion D&D tavern pictures but since there are no Tieflings or Dragonborn in the Old World (and since no Elf would dream of asking for a wine here) I had to reject most of them!

I'm pretty happy I did find one that actually felt like it fit. :)

I agree, it stimulates the imagination too.  I wouldn't worry about finding the perfect image (I often spend far to long on that and am not satisfied) but the effort is appreciated.

I never appreciated how rough we look until just now.  A giant well armed Kislevite, a tough Dwarven ex con, a weather beaten outlaw throwing Thieves Signs about and a filthy peasant with barely patched together wounds.  We're in the right place really :)

Nearly.

1 gold crown (gc) = 20 silver shillings (s) = 240 brass pfennigs.

1 silver shilling = 12 brass pennies.

A gold crown (also known as a 'Karl' or a 'mark') is actually a fair bit of change in its own right. For most day to day stuff in the cities you'd be dealing with shillings and pence. For instance an ale is 2p while a quality bottle of wine (not that you'd find it in The Drowned Rat!) is 10s.

Unarmed damage is 1d10+SB-4. Since Klinka has Street Fighter he adds 1 to his damage and with a SB of 3 that means you roll 1d10 without modifiers.

They'll be talking about that in Bogenhafen for generations!

EDIT:  Just remembered a combat I ran which whiffed for about ten rounds to almost hilarious proportions and then a couple of crits - it was only meant to be 'fight these bandits which stops before it goes to far because they are going to be your friend'.  Never trust the dice to tell a story in wfrp combat!

Yeah Albion is a bit of a blank and what has been written tends to contradict what else has been written.

Warpstone, the old WFRP fanzine has quite an indepth multi-issue overview of Talabheim that I'm going to give a look over to see how it stacks up (I also have the canon Terror in Talabheim but that is about 80% adventure to 205 background.)

Okay guys can I have your plans for the night - note eating, bathing and retiring for the night is certainly an option. :)

Also just to check who is sleeping where? the private rooms could probably take two a piece fairly comfortably, or even three so long as one doesn't mind a night on the floorboards.

Re: 2. OOC: Chat Thread!

So I don't want to give away too many spoilers but you guys have a few options here.

Technically speaking we haven't really started the 'Ashes of Middenheim' adventure yet. That kicks into gear when you return the relic Father Dietrich gave you to the Temple of Sigmar. I think it's a fun adventure and I'm eager to start it but I'm also aware you guys are running low on funds and also might just want to do little city exploring on your own right, which I'm happy to run for you - there are definitely some shorter adventure elements I can pull in and run with my own ideas and it might be nice to give you guys a bit of a feel for the place.

So I'm willing to run whichever direction you want to try - straight into the main plot, or a 'breather' with some sandbox adventuring and city exploring before picking things back up. Or, and I'm leaning towards this, maybe a third option - as written the campaign adventure is pretty tight but I could stretch things out a little to give you room to do other things and bring in maybe a few opportunities for you to make money and friends (and lose money and make enemies) while sticking with the main plot.

Is there any in-game reason why we should rush with returning the relic? If not, I would opt to do some sandboxing before we jump in to play the main story.

(After suffering several bruises, Klinka would like to supply himself with some armour... definitely from a dwarf armourer if he can find one.)

I quite like that you've dropped in a few seeds or hints to latch onto in terms of Middenheim and gives us scope to roam.  I carry on expecting the relic to be pickpocketing so getting shut of it (and starting the adventure) is a good thing.

I guess one thing I would be mindful of is somehow ensuring we have enough money for living expenses in the city so it doesn't get in the way of enjoying the adventure

Re: 2. OOC: Chat Thread!

Thanks for the feedback, very helpful. :)

As I've said I'm reluctant to give away any spoilers but I thought I better check a few things. I'm sensitive to the fact that you are bruised and short on gold. There are opportunities to earn a wage in the main plot but I appreciate it might be nice to have a nest egg!

You are currently in the second biggest city in the Empire so there are a lot of opportunities here for your characters if you want to seek them out - really except for very rural lore or anything to do with boats (you are in basically the most landlocked major city in the Old World) you can probably find a little bit of everything, though of course it might be hard or dangerous to gain or learn. Likewise the war and siege have shaken things up, so if anyone is looking to start their own business or something like that now might be your time!

I'll try and keep plot seeds coming your way anyway (God bless the Gossip skill as a tool for GMs...)

Re: 2. OOC: Chat Thread!

I laughed reading that description of having a bath for the first time.  Lukas will be a new man!

I am at a bit of a loose end with him though as he has no specific goals in Middenheim and other than the assembled group and the former townsfolk knows no one in the city.

I think we heard that the Watch are recruiting which may be fun for some city based encounters and a way of earning some money but I fear that this would be a distraction from our main goals.  It's either really funny or totally inappropriate for a convict and an outlaw to sign up.

I think Lukas is keen to see the relic returned as that's something desired by one of the old townsfolk who he has loyalty to, but if that kick-starts things he's happy to tag along with someone else.

That could be hilarious being an inside man with people mysteriously getting away, evidence going missing and of course the Thieves Guild getting a cut of any contraband or proceeds of crime before they go to the rightful owner (minus the Watch Captain's cut)

Let's see...

Ale: 2p a pint or 18p for a keg (24 pints). Given there are five of you I'm going to assume you ordered a keg between you to save on costs.
Common Room: 5p each
Private room: 10s per room.
Bath: 1s each.
Food: 12p each. This includes the dinner you had yesterday and breakfast this morning.

Obviously you won't be having baths every day but you might want to look into renting somewhere to live, finding somewhere to squat or getting a job with room and board.

I am quite enjoying writing Lukas.  He's not a mercenary, not an adventurer.  He can be recklessly brave / stupid when it matters but has a sense of self-preservation.

He's an accidental adventurer, completely out of his depth in the big city or with larger than life characters.  I find it quite sweet thinking of him and Fyodor going to the opera all bathed and all that.

In terms of what we do next I am not massively bothered but I am mindful we don't know if dropping the relic off starts an adventure which is city based and the impact that has if we run off in a merchant caravan or expedition to Cathay or something:)

I think all we need is a common goal;-) I very much liked how Otto became the driving force of our Enemy Within campaign and wonder which one of us would become one here:-)

Re: 2. OOC: Chat Thread!

I like all your characters and it's great watching them impact each other. :)

I'd agree they're a typical Warhammer bunch of oddballs, misfits and n'er do wells. I'm a little sorry we don't have an Entertainer, Initiate or Hedge Wizard - lots of opportunities for trouble... uh... fun there!

With the jobs posts some I see as possible long term background plotlines (like Otto trying to become a merchant prince or Casper's turn towards spirituality), some as red herrings and some as something in between.

I've been reluctant to give out spoilers I know but I can say 'Ashes' is predominately set in Middenheim with a few brief excursions to nearby areas (so no trips to Cathay). It probably works best with people who are relatively new to Middenheim rather than settled types.

Loving all the character interactions guy. :-)

So I thought I better be clearer about the adventure before going into too many spoilers. Basically 'Ashes' is a mystery adventure. As written it assumes you are sort of freelance agents who become embroiled in this mystery and are at least on the same side as the Watch.

Now there are a few different ways I can go about this from having you get official, paying jobs with the Watch to being more like civilian private detectives to it just being a scenario you guys are thrown into while trying to get on with your lives and carry out other jobs like a Hitchcock film.

How does leather armour work in 2ed? IIRC in 1ed it negates 1 point of damage only if the total damage received was below 4. But that was in the days when you rolled d6 for damage;-)

Leather armour negates 1 point of damage from any attack in 2nd edition so effectively with his skullcap and jack Klinka will have a Toughness Bonus of 5 on his head, body and arms and 4 on his legs. :-)

'Medium armour' the next step up is mostly chain mail and negates 2 points of damage with 'heavy armour' (mostly plate) the most protective and pricey negating 3 points of damage.

The cheapest option with all the amours is the headgear - a chainmail coif costs 20 gold crowns while a proper metal helmet costs 30 gold crowns.

Heh! :-D

Actually just checking them now some prices are more expensive and some less between editions. Food is a lot more expensive in First Edition (a pint of ale cost 9d in First Edition compared with 2d in Second!) while weapons and armour tend to be a bit cheaper in First Edition.

This does mean it is harder to find a sword but much easier to get drunk!

Okay, so planning ahead.

The Ashes of Middenheim adventure proper begins when you deliver the holy icon to the temple of Sigmar. You'll still have some free time but it will keep you busy for a while at least. It will however be mostly Middenheim based.

If you want to play working for the Mayers as more of a long term thing that's perfectly fine and I can just have your first 'real' job take place in a few days. On the other hand if you want to take the time to look at other options he can give you a few days to think about it.

What are you guys leaning towards?

Re: 2. OOC: Chat Thread!

The way I'm looking at it is that working for the Mayers - or Brokk Ranulfsson or the Ranaldites - provides you guys some security for getting by in Middenheim along with a source of side quests and some long term character possibilities.

The main campaign itself - at least in Ashes - is mostly written as independents solving a mystery though there are opportunities for you to interact with potential patrons. You might also get a little gold as an immediate reward for returning the icon so there is that.

Just as a note for your characters:

Wearing a silver hammer pendant is perfectly acceptable for a non-priest - it is essentially the equivalent of a practising Roman Catholic wearing a crucifix necklace or an observant Jew wearing a Star of David pendant - but it would probably suggest to others that you are primarily followers of Sigmar, which might or might not be something your characters want.

The war being over is putting it too strongly but Fyodor does know that the Chaos armies were defeated in their siege of Middenheim and are now in retreat. Way back in Untergard Gerhard Schiller revealed that Middenheim still stood (msg #19 in 'Through the Drakwald') and later Gretchen mentioned that the Emperor and Boris Todbringer were "chasing the Chaos barbarians back home" (msg #27 in 'Chapter One: Ashes of Middenheim'.)

Obviously neither person would have up to date info from the command tent here but the fact that you guys are walking around in a still standing Middenheim is probably a good sign. :)

Yep that's Anya Taylor-Joy the actress. She was most recently in the great black comedy-horror The Menu and the Viking flick The Northman.

I suspect we have lost Magnus but I'll wait another day or so just in case he turns up.

If we have lost Magnus I'll have to consider whether to bring in a new player or retroactively decide one of your characters has the Read/Write skill (ideally this would be for whoever is considering a second career that has such a skill.) Having a PC with magic would be very useful but having at least one literate PC is vital!

Re: 2. OOC: Chat Thread!

Although Lukas knows little of the world outside of his charcoal burning hut he does have quite a high Intelligence so he would be good for learning to read, but I am not sure how it would work retrospectively.

Not thought to much about career exits but now he is in the big wide world a move towards Academia would be interesting

Now that you mention it i recognize her from the Menu. She had red hair in that. Decent movie but had some plot holes.

Re: 2. OOC: Chat Thread!

Thanks I did! Went to see the parade in Dublin... though it was more 'heard' than actually 'saw' (I'm not the tallest and the streets were packed!)

It's been a month since Magnus logged on so I suspect he's definitely gone at this point. Hope he's alright!

Re: 2. OOC: Chat Thread!

Apologies for the delay but I'll be on a family holiday till Sunday so next proper update will be Monday. Just gives me time to work out when the Skaven attack.... um... I mean when the Skaven won't attack. :-)

Also with Magnus gone I was wondering whether you guys thing I should look for another player or just carry on with you four? I think we have a strong group at the moment but you don't really have an educated and/or face type character.

Re: 2. OOC: Chat Thread!

Enjoy your break!  I don't have strong views either way regarding another player (unless any of know someone who would fit in well?).  I know the lack of Read / Write has been identified, maybe the Mayers have a clerk who can help with that whilst one of us learns?

I think four could work, and Pieter has a hook - his sword - to encourage him to learn to be a bit more academic if necessary

Re: 2. OOC: Chat Thread!

I also have no preference regarding a new player. So far Pieter has been working as the face of the team and he might be the one who will learn to read/write. I don't think career-wise Klinka is going to need that skill anyway.

Sorry for the absence but I've been a bit distracted lately including unwisely starting another game here on rpol but I'm looking forward to getting back into the swing of things here!

I recommend using chatgpt or any other variant to deal with writer's block - you can write as simple stuff as you want an they'll help:-)
