I am planning on Channel Positive Energy as my 1st Level Esper Feature, and Charm + Matter Agitation + Mindlink as my 1st Level Esper Powers.  Feel free to overlap as much or as little as you wish.  Having multiple healers can be a very good thing, for example.  :)
