Cryptic Alliance Reputation Benefits

The following will be CARBs for the various cryptic alliances as they come up.

All Cryptic Alliances will have certain taboos that will also be mentioned that can have you loss standing or even removed from a CA.

Starting Rank is determined by the mentioned skill in the Join line plus your level in a specified class.

Cryptic Alliance Reputation Benefits - Healers

Join: If you join the Healers, you gain Heal as a class skill. You still have to assign skill points to enhance your knowledge

Favored Class: Esper

1 - You gain a healer's kit for free at first level and you gain a percentage discount on all Alchemical Healing items equal to your Rep
3 - You may refill your healer's kit, excluding Advanced Healer's Kits, for free when able to contact a chapter of the healers.
5 - Alchemical Healing items give you a +1 in effectiveness.
10 - You may buy a Advanced Healer's Kit for half price and refill it at the same discount.
15 - You man get and refill a Advanced Healer's Kit for free
20 - All Alchemical Healing in your hands are more effective. You can reroll any 1s or 2s and take the new result. You may only do this once and it is a free action that provokes an Attack of Opportunity.
25 - You have been shown many secrets of healing that is contained in the natural world, if you have lost or depleted your Healer's Kit, you may roll a Heal check vs DC 20 to refill or make one out of the surrounding environs. You may also get a Fast-use Medical Kit for half price
30 - You may always get free healing for you and one other person from any Healer for one day a week.

Taboos -
-1       Refusing to administer aid to an injured sentient creature
-1       Killing another sentient without offering surrender.
-varies  Failing at a CA quest and could have other ramifications
removal  Murdering another sentient in cold blood

Cryptic Alliance Reputation Benefits - Restorationists

Join: You gain Craft (Mechanical) or Craft (Electronics) as a class skill. You do not gain any free ranks.

Favored Class: Examiner

# - You rank reduces the 30 day artifact hold that number of days.
1 - You get discounted repair and identification on artifacts equal to your Reputation as a percentage.
3 - You may get either a Electronic or Mechanical Repair kit for free.
5 - Anytime you trade an artifact to the guild, you get 75% of the cost instead of the normal 50% if in good condition or 20% instead of 10% for broken, or 5% instead on nothing for destroyed artifacts.
10 - You may upgrade your chosen Repair kit to Advanced and you may receive the other repair kit for free.
15 - You may now roll a Diplomacy check vs DC 20. For every 5 over the DC you roll, you make add 5% to the money you receive by selling artifacts to the Restorations.
20 - The amount of time you must give all found artifacts to your local chapter is reduced from a month to a week

Taboos
-1       Not turning in a new artifact to your local chapter for inspection.
-3       Destroying an artifact without permission from your CA head
-varies  Failing a CA sanctioned quest
Removal  Directly causing the destruction or withholding the location an artifact that can't be moved from the Restorationists.

Cryptic Alliance Reputation Benefits - Green Guardians

Join: If you join the GG you gain Survival or knowledge nature as a class skill. You still have to assign skill points to enhance your knowledge

Favored Class: Scout

1 - You gain a survival kit for free at first level and you gain a percentage discount on all Survival items equal to your Rep
3 - You may refill your survival  kit, excluding Advanced Survival  Kits, for free when able to contact a chapter of the green guardians.
5 - Green Guardians gain a +1 competence bonus that applies to one of the following to hit either melee or ranged; or a damage bonus either melee or ranged
10 - You may buy a Advanced  Kit for half price
15 - You man get and refill a Advanced Kit for free
20 - All Natural Healing in your hands are more effective. You can reroll any 1s or 2s and take the new result. You may only do this once and it is a free action that provokes an Attack of Opportunity.
