Technically speaking? They believe their sole purpose is to die in service to the God Emperor as atonement for the sins of their rebellious ancestors. So... classically speaking, they are a death cult lol.

Yeah we're waiting on Aoife to post since Cedrik is busy with family stuff, not that I expect her to do much mroe than what the rest of us have done...wait for either the guardsmen to snap up their weapons at which point it quickly becomes a run and hide (since you have to have a full auto weapon in DH to do suppressive fire) or Harkonnen browbeats the Atredies into standing down or joining us in the hunt just so she can use them as meat shields to use against the problem.

Ill be at work for the next 8 hrs or so but will likely just wait and aim.

Sorry Ive been quiet for so long been dealing with my grandpa living with us now and taking care of him, he is getting better and handling himself more. So what have I missed? I see people rolling do I need to do any of that or am I ok to walk through the barrier now?

RL is always more important.  It's good to hear that he's doing better.

Anyone who wants to pass through the barrier has to roll WP at a +20 bonus and attain 5 degrees of success total to push through.  So it's an extended roll.  Failure doesn't hurt but if you fail by 5 degrees or more, aka a critical fail here, then you can't pass through the wall at all.
