Sorry for the confusion on planning...if I understood Korin's plan it would have seen 2 PCs on one side of the road the rest on the other side. The way the dice roller has been treating me that last few weeks, it might have been a slaughter for the bad guys!

If you would--check your language accesses, and make sure I've added all the languages that your character can speak (or, in the case of Sign, use).

They look accurate in the 'Insert a private line' menu.  That's the only way I know of to check them.

What are these kobolds armed with?

Those in the lead of the group can close to melee with the crossbow kobolds (should that be desired).  The other ten (and the three farmers) are about long distance bow shot away.  It would take seven rounds for the soldiers approaching from the fort to get there.

What is the approx. distance between us and the two kobolds?

How about us and the ten kobolds?

You can close to melee with the two kobolds (or at least within casting distance) in the current round.  It would take another round (so on round 2, and open to crossbow bolts) to get to the ten kobolds).  Approximate distance to the farmers and majority of the kobolds is about 200 yards from the first two kobolds.
