Dragon Age: Origins:
Elissa Cousland a warrior was conscripted into the Grey Wardens by Warden-Commander Duncan.
Elissa and Alistair fell in love.
Elissa brokered peace between the Dalish elves & werewolves.
Elissa helped Bhelen to become ruler of the dwarves.
Elissa convinced Branka to destroy the Anvil of the Void.
Elissa supported the mages and ensured First Enchanter Irving survived.
Elissa did not poison the Urn of Sacred Ashes.
Elissa saved Connor and Isolde.
Alistair killed Loghain.
Elissa convinced Alistair to take Morrigan up on her offer so that neither of them would be forced to die to end the Blight.
Elissa confronted the Archdemon leaving Alistair to protect the city. For two reasons, in case she died in battle & in case the ritual failed.
Elissa married King Alistair.

Dragon Age: Origins-Awakening:
Elissa became teh Warden-Commander of Ferelden replacing Duncan.
Vigil's Keep & City of Amaranthine survived.
When The Architect offered his deal, Elissa flatout refused it and killed him.

Dragon Age II:
Marian Hawke is a mage.
Bethany died fighting the Darkspawn.
Carver became a Grey Warden.
Hawke killed the Arishok.
Hawke sided with the Mages.
Hawke relunctantly killed Anders for blowing up the Chantry.

Dragon Age Inquisition:
The Inquisitor is Evelyn Trevelyan a rogue.
Evelyn sided with the mages.
Celene rules, peached with Gaspard & Briala.
Florianne was left alive.
Evelyn declared an alliance with the Grey Wardens of Orlais.
Evelyn shared the truth that Ameridan was an elven mage.
Evelyn saved the mines and the earthquakes stopped.
Leliana became the new leader of the Chantry.
The Grey Wardens of Orlais declared themselves independent from the First Warden out of Weisshaupt Fortress.
The Inquisition was preserved as a peacekeeping force.

Post Tresspasser:
It's been ten years since Evelyn made the Inquisition an official peacekeeping force under the Chantry.
The Tevinter Imperium has been destroyed by Solas. The land once controlled by the Imperium is a desolate wasteland.
The Circles that once enslaved mages have been disolved.
The Templar Order has been erradicated due to their allegiance with Corypheus and corruption by Red Lyrium.
The Inquisition has replaced the Templar Order and the Circles.
Solas' attempt to restore Thedas back to a time before the Veil and the attempted erradication of almost all life was thwarted by the combined armies of the Inquisition and most nations in Thedas. With the Evelyn personally killing Solas.

Inquisition forces:
1. Evelyn still leads the Inquisition. She has acquired a lyrium infused prosthetic created by Dagna to replace what Solas took.
2. The Inquisition's Grey Wardens are led by First Warden Thom Rainier. They are responsible for dealing with Darkspawn.
3. The Inquisition's Knights Templar are led by Cullen. They are for dealing with apostates.
4. Mages that don't join the Grey Warders are led by First Enchanter Vivienne.
5. Bull's Chargers continue to serve as mercenaries led by Iron Bull.

Grey Wardens:
1. The Grey Wardens of Ferelden joined their Orlesian brothers in the Inquisition after the defeat of Corypheus.
2. Any Grey Wardens of the Free Marches, Nevarra, Tevinter Imperium, Antiva, Rivain, & Anderfels remained loyal to First Warden.
3. The Grey Wardens of the Tevinter Imperium were wiped out by Solas when he destroyed the Tevinter Imperium.
4. All news out of Weisshaupt Fortress has ceased.

Mages were now have three choices:
1. Join the Inquisition's Grey Wardens. They are sent into the Deep Roads and team up with the Legion of the Dead to fight Darkspawn.
2. Join the Inquisition where they fight the threat facing Thedas, providing help wherever possible such as becoming doctors like Anders used to be.
3. Become an apostate, Cullen's Knight Templars who were never corrupted by Red Lyrium under the command of Cullen, hunt down mages who refuse to serve. They are mandated to capture if they can. If they can't capture or capture proves to dangerous they are authorized to execute. Captured mages are given one choice, to join the Grey Wardens.

Fate of elves:
The elves are experiencing persecution, racism, and hatred at ten times the level previously experienced.
Dalish elves have been forced to move to the former Tevinter Imperium.
City elves still living in their alienage were forced to flee the cities unless they wanted to be hunted down and executed like dogs. Elven alienages were burned to the ground. They fled to the former Tevinter Imperium.
