“For those of you I don’t know, name’s Virgil. I’m the type of Mastigos that doesn’t like having his mind toyed with. I’m also here for any good deals I can find.” He found himself once more with a handful of cookies.

Aegis looked around a bit nervously, feeling a bit crowded in by the amount of people in such a small space and a bit nervous meeting so many other mages. He took another bite of his cookie for added confidence. "Umm, hi, I'm Aegis. Uh, Obrimos and Adamantine Arrow." He quickly took another bite of the cookie.

Hesitantly, Strawberry voices the question that hangs over the gathering, haltingly, but loud enough to be heard:

"We have been asked to come together, different paths and orders. This could be a huge coincidene, but it seems like someone mighty enough to steer the fates of so many magi has called us here. I doubt that this is the work of Morrigan, who would be a fool to fill her house with mages and then tell them not to draw the attention of the Hierarch."

She looks at Morrigan and her gaze implies that despite her words she respects her host.

"We could of course try to find out who has brought us together, or we could simply set ourselves an agenda, or several agendas, and use the synergies of our meeting here for our own purposes. So tell me, do any of you know why you have been called here?"

Konkretus had made a beeline for the beer, and was on his second.  He shrugged at the name Konkretus, saying, "Call me Konk." He can't help smirking at Virgil, "Do any of us like having our minds messed with?  If we don't do it ourselves?"
