Laborers shouldn't be needed unless for carrying, I think we have npcs on the ship that were meant to do the work.
250 200feet of rope = 40 lbs
50 feet of oakum - let's assume double the weight of the rope for 20 lbs?
4 buckets of pitch - A barrel is going to be a much better container for transporting this. 20 gallons of pitch is 200 lbs, plus 70 for the barrel
Cart - we may need this for parts, (extra wood at least) not just for carrying.
Canvas, 6 large bolts - this one is harder to estimate. 50 lbs each?
Carpenter’s tools - 6 lbs these can just go in someone's pack
Draft Horse - to pull the cart
Planks of wood, 20 - I'll assume these are 2x6x14 (Cela would probably be able to tell if they were the same size as the ones used on the ship if not what that size is) = at least 560 lbs of quite awkward to carry wood. Even if we had the capacity I think this needs a cart.
Nails were not on the list but I think we should get at least 10 lbs of them.
So that's ~1200 lbs. Manageable on a cart but I don't see it getting through the swamp we took unless it's designed to be floated. A barge seems like a possibility. Can only Simon transport things to the pavillion or could Grog do it? Can we load things on a cart and push the cart in?
We could show up without the wood and have the ship's laborers cut down trees/fashion the planks but that means repairs will take longer.
We also have the rations from the croc. 100 lbs?
Any of this could weigh more because of older materials or because the GM says so.
Barrel, rope, tools weight are d&d rulebook.
Wood weight estimated from
https://everythingwhat.com/wha...e-weight-of-a-2x6x10
Pitch weight from
https://www.aqua-calc.com/calculate/volume-to-weight
Canvas estimate is for a 100 yard bolt on amazon - but this is modern material
Oakum is old rope dipped in pitch.
