Re: OoC

I'm intentionally not reading any of the IC threads so I don't accidentally metagame. My character is new to town and probably just announced his presence to the local Baron/Prince. Maybe not even that.

That means he knows almost nothing about the local kindred except what he experiences firsthand.

Welcome Kenneth!

I love being in the dark on IC, so I wholeheartedly agree!

Re: OoC

Took an edible, and its a bit stronger than I remember them (20 years since the last one), and I've been writing a post for 30mins and only have 4 lines. Too old for this shit. I blame the wife who has never tried them and wanted to for the first time.

I'll post tomorrow.

Edibles are tricky and I would not recommend them to someone who's been away for a while. I have recommendations I'd be happy to share with those who live in a state with legalized recreational use and interest.

In reply to Jesse Lau (msg # 409):

It is legal in Canada. It wasn't a bad experience, just not one that proved to be conducive to writing in my case. I believe it was because we grabbed the night time relaxing chill kind.

And at the store they helped us out a lot with choosing the right product. We just chose the night time relaxed variety, and I didn't think how that would affect me writing.

A classic blunder! Right up there with invading Russia by land.

FYI, for those of you unfamiliar with T.O., Bloor was one of the OG land speculators (a long and storied Toronto tradition).  A major downtown arterial street (and bridge) is named after him, along with the major E-W subway line.  Also, freaky-looking.
