Re: OOC

I'm very sorry to hear that, Astorl.  Hope you and your family are okay.  Having family around for support really helps.

(As for the game, I hope to get up to date later tonight.  Been busy the past few days.)

Does this mean that the combat is over?

Correct, with a final set of parting shots they have ridden off into the wilderness. There's no guarantee they won't return, of course. The mobilized bison (Mr Blur) who was in a  one-on-one(ish) duel with Prince Envoranus lost his last hit point from Wanakela's disruption spell.
The party is reassembling.

Just returned from Colorado.
Beautiful country and the non-mountainous, eastern third of the state definitely informs my take on Prax.

Haha, nice.  Hope you had a good trip.

BTW, does anyone know how Lunars normally deal with their dead?  Burial?  Cremation?

Since the Prince said we will reach a walled city by night, I guess we could bring the bodies along for the appropriate rites...?

Let's go with Cults of Prax listing on the 7 mothers here:

"For persons beyond resurrection, local preference always is given to burial functions. Rune Priests and Lords will have their bodies preserved until the full moon, but others will be taken care of right away. Both will have songs of creation sung during the rites, and have their souls commanded to the “Circles of the Moon, of Time, and of Being.”"

Local preference is probably burial in the earth. The prince agrees that time and tools for this would be better at the end of the day's journey.
