In your RTJ include your character's:
Name
Race
Class
Background
A little bit about your character and how they became an adventurer.

Characters are starting at lv5. All official sourcebooks are allowed. You do not need to apply with a character sheet pre-made, but obviously you will need one at some point so it's good to start thinking about it.

With stats you'll be able to use a 27 point buy system, or rolling for stats. If you roll for stats you use 4d6 drop the lowest 1 6 times. If you don't like your rolls, at that point you can either swap to point buy or roll a new set, but you if you choose to roll again you have to keep the new set.

For equipment you gain your character's background and class starting equipment, as well as 350gp for additional purchases that you have acquired over your adventuring career. You can also have a minor magic item (subject to approval).
