I was going to check the weapons, yes. Cael is a difficult character for me to Role-play with. I usually play more charismatic characters rather than a big angry man of action like this guy.

So change him up! Make him a big scary charismatic character? though charisma is probably bad doesn't mean you can't go with it! C'mon Cael! Bardarian! :)

I'd thought that this was enough to indicate that Reign wasn't simply asking people "Doi, where's da Prinz??" lol. So that it's very clear, Reign spent time asking around for someone who fit the description. I'm only adding this in in case this affects the DMs next steps.

I think we need a broader background of what the area is :) Like anything around, anything odd, is it a flat area? Hills? Forest or farmland? What types of weapons like farm tools? Like that :) Do the scarecrows look normal besides being fireproof? Anything odd? Stuff like that.

Like, do they leave footprints? Can you backtrack their movements? Hey, maybe they are straw Constructs, thus not vulnerable to fire?

 You know, I'm not sure I can take this anymore. I never liked being a Gamemaster and at first this game seemed fun, but with events in my personal life and drama between the players, now I feel like I should scrap all of my games. I just want to back away from all of it and just be a player.

 The thing is it feels unfair to all of you and I feel bad about about this decision.

I get it. I had planned on restarting a game but real life stuff just drained my ability and desire to run anything.
