Game Introduction


This is a BTVS unisystem game using the game created by Eden Studios. To play you will need  the BTVS Core Rulebook.

This game has a mature rating.

The game begins in January 2007, so it's a bit retro taking place more than a decade in the past.

It takes place in the Buffyverse, but in an alternate timeline that diverges from the show in the final episode.

Willow never cast the Slayer spell in this timeline, so there is only one Slayer at a time, just like when the show began.

Here's a timeline to explain this further:

*Early 1997- Buffy Summers the Slayer arrives in Sunnydale.

*1997 to 2003- Buffy and her friends spent 144 episodes battling evil.

*The first 143 episodes happened exactly as you saw them on the show (unless I decide to change something later.)

*The final episode happened differently.  Spike's amulet activated earlier and not only destroyed the Turok-Hans and himself, but all of Buffy and her friends and allies as well. Willow never cast the Slayer spell, so there is only one Slayer at a time.   The First Evil was defeated and eradicated from this dimension. Sunnydale never sank into the ground.

June 2003- Somewhere in the world (but not Sunnydale) a new Slayer is called.

The Sunnydale population who evacuated came back.




NOW - January 2007- School is about to begin again at Sunnydale High. It's halfway through the school year. Christmas break has just ended.
