When you make multiple attacks, the proper way to do it is make one roll for both attacks. The second attack would suffer the -2 penalty plus be modified if your doing a different attack for the second move (which is what your describing here).
The drama point would apply to both the first and second attacks, so you would get the +10 benefit to both moves.
The Drama Point rule section is not 100% clear on this, but I'm sure I read that's how it works somewhere else in the book, so that's how we'll handle it until further notice.
While we're on the subject of the Grapple move, make sure you read my house rule on how a grapple attack is now Dexterity plus Kung Fu - 2 and d10. Not +2 like it says in the book.
I had a player in a previous game that used the grapple move a lot, which called to my attention to the fact that's it's way too easy to hit. So I made it tougher.
This applies to villains too, so a vampire who wants to grapple you by the neck and then bite you will now find it harder to do.
