to speed up pbp combat:
distances only matter for melee
no init, I'll resolve in order of posts
I boosted the enemy ac rather than asking for perception rolls against stealth/hide

or you can always just drive away from the ambush. lol

Is there a clear path for taking the motorcycles up the cliff to reach them, or do I need to hop off and climb up there? Or can the bike make the climb too?

The mid-round recaps might be throwing some people off a bit. You may consider including a note about which players you're waiting on posts from before the round is finished up, so we know whether to post our next action or not.

dude sorry for your flood. I can relate. Hope yours isn't as expensive as mine was.

Had a small window in the basement whose seal failed, and the window well filled with water because it wasn't draining correctly during a storm.  When the seal burst it turned into a waterfall.

The carpet itself was wet for about 10 feet around the window, but unfortunately there was padding UNDER the carpet which acted like a sponge and spread the water underneath.  You could step on dry carpet a good ways away from the window, but then the water beneath it would bubble up through it.  Ick.

That is fairly annoying, I had to help my brother evacuate a below ground apparent that had 3" of water in it before we were done.  During the storm that caused the rising water table to come up through a crack in the foundation.  Fortunately there was an empty 2nd floor apparent across the parking lot he was transferred to at no additional cost.

I live in Arizona. What are these storms that have rain that you speak of? My flood was a bad water heater that broke.

Since this was our first fight please give me feedback on how I can improve. I learned to make my mid round recaps more obvious that it's not the start of a new round.

Do we need the recaps in the middle of a round? If so, I’d recommend inserting them in a Roxy post. That would keep it clear it’s a status and not a new round.
