The first time around I figured it was a typo, but as it might actually matter you should probably look into the math on that Firebolt as it is very nearly impossible to have only a +2 on it, even if you wanted it to.

My Spell Attack modifier would be +5, so you might be right. I’m tired from work and my Math hurts.
