Is there a general paradigm for what happens when you fail the addiction roll?  Exhaustion stacks up to very nasty penalties very quickly so that could be a problem.

Okay, spent two hours going back and forth trying to figure out if Hayes would try the Cleric's Confession... had to lean toward no, since he's probably had to respond to faaaaar too many drug calls in his Trauma Team days.  Not a whole lot there that screams "I'm inspired to be like THAT".  :)

I'm forcing it now, if anyone rolls for it this time it is getting implanted. I.E. Ember has it.

Okay, I think I misunderstood that part.  I thought the Arcana check was to know if you could override the chip and, failing that, Dan was like "nope, I have no idea how to do this".  If it was meant to be "once you insert it, you can try to override it after the fact", then sure, I'll take the bad die roll and implant it and deal with the consequences.  My bad.

you dont have to for the first dc20 roll, but if anyone rolls this time then yes your brain has it in there

I'm still here. Very busy with a work project for the next couple of months which is going to keep to me to slower than normal post rate (1/day or 1 every other day), but I'm here.

I can't make a DC 20 arcana check, hopefully we can get a specialist to do so?
