AccordIng to Tasha you can put your race attributes into whatever ability you want.
Races are limited to phb only-no warforged or furries no flying, nothing crazy

Max hp lvl1 average hp for all other levels
Starting equipment: you can trade like for like, but cannot get something better than what you start with. Ex: you start with a light crossbow you can take a short bow instead, but not a long bow.
Firearms are not allowed. bows and xbows are re-flavored to whatever firearm you want but keep the normal bow stats
Starting gold per background equipment, PLUS 5D10 GP
no buying or selling before we begin
All classes allowed, UA allowed, no homebrew
