Full members are expected to work diligently and work quickly, gain the Good Time Management merit.
Arbitrating between the living and the dead requires the ability to read others, gain a of Empathy.
The Ghost are keenly aware of how helpful it could be to be in the good graces of such a high ranking member of the Bleak Hearts and go out of their way to see to it they have whatever they need within reason, once per chapter your character can let her desire for a material object be known and by the end of that Scene it will be produced for them, this ability works as the Merit Grave Goods .
The Magistrate of the Bleak Hearts has connections that run long and deep in the world of the living as well as the world of the dead, once per scene they may gain the Connected Condition.
