Welcome to the game.  I am not going to exclude any officially released content except for PLaytest releases.

The Premise of the game is that You have been accepted on as prospective members of the White Lions Adventuring Guild.  The White Lions are based in the City of Tynan in the Kingdom of Ormund.  Ormund is an Egalitarian nation comprised of may different ancestries with Human being roughly 60% of the population.

As the Final test to gain full membership you are send to the frontier town of Zayn's Rock to fulfill their bounties and quests until such time as you've proven yourself as full members of the Guild.

Pathbuilder 2e is an excellent tool for character creation for android, can be used on a PC with something like Bluestacks
