Chapter 6: Defending the Saurian Hatchery

(IC)
As soon as Riz finishes treating James, Riz turns his attention to Sheqquoqe.  James and H'hon begin moving the first two bikes from the car park to toward the passenger terminal across the river.
Tain successfully treats Gunr with Minor Surgery when Jayk taps him on the shoulder.
  "Here they come!"
At the bend in the road approaching the hatchery, the first three Harangi troopers are seen limping along the road toward the hatchery.

(OOC)
Main map has been updated, X Points have been added to all character sheets.
We are back in combat mode, everyone roll initiative/declare actions/roll to hit etc

Chapter 6: Defending the Saurian Hatchery

"Focus on the one in the back and work your way forward.  Hopefully the ones in the front will keep moving forward.  Save the grenades and burst fire for when they get closer or clump up," Tain whispers as he gets prone in his position and lines up his shot (hopefully in cover under the trees/bushes as well).

He notes with satisfaction he nailed that damn squirreloid at a hundred meters.  Now that his true enemy was down he could start shooting at the oncoming troopers...

OOC
00:45, Today: Tain Aldrin rolled 68,100,92,7,10,8 using 1d100,1d100,1d100,1d10,1d10,1d10 with rolls of 68,100,92,7,10,8.  Automatic Rifle 3 Shots.

I think Tain's odds of hitting are closer to 10% or less given the 'randomness' of the dice roller...jeesh;-).  Though after minor surgery and anesthetic Tain doesn't suffer an additional -10% to hit due to pain correct?

00:44, Today: Tain Aldrin rolled 12 using 1d10+5.  Initiative.

Chapter 6: Defending the Saurian Hatchery

Rayek gave up trying to call for help and started up his hovercycle. This battle was a lost cause. Even if they won, the enemy would just send more to any location with heavy resistance.

He gunned his engine and spun around to head back the way he'd just come from.

In reply to Rayek Schaltz (msg # 4):

(IC)
Rayek spins his cycle around and heads north, away from  the hatchery and the Saurian enclave.

 (OOC)
Let me know, using the map, which way Rayek will head after he reaches the intersection.

Chapter 6: Defending the Saurian Hatchery

Out at the river, Brup observed how they were loading the hatchlings to be evacuated.  They were very slow.
