Re: OOC
Hey all, I've decided to drop out of this game.
There's no personal reasons, I've just lost interest and it's a big time commitment.
It's probably best for me to say this now instead of after the next AEON starts. If it comes up in-game, it's fine to just say Elyashael died of natural causes. This concept of a 'dying god' actually has historical precedent with the ancient Mesopotamian deity named Dumuzid.
He was pretty old anyway, so it makes sense. Feel free to place as much emotional emphasis on this as you wish, for your own stories here on out.
Apologies to my pantheon, you shouldn't have too much trouble finding a third member. Until then, AO may temporarily allow you to still consider Elyashael's ""corpse"" as a member (see Head of Mimir from Norse mythology), so that you don't get automatically disbanded for having less than three Gods.
Best wishes to all of you! It's been fun!
[AO please remove me as a player from this game whenever you see this message. You can feel free to make Elyashael into an NPC to use or hold as you wish.]
