The Magic Plane was empty it held none of the wonder or whimsy Floradon sought in the magic. However, with the limitless potential he saw what was present in the plane itself.

With that he realized that there was something to start off after all. Thus as he always did when showed his divine might he spoke. "The plane would soon be filled by the grand scheme of time. For Floradon soon created the first of the elements. The primal. "

With those words inspiring his work he began the journey. Altering the immaterial elements and shaping them into 6 circles in a ring like shape. With this ring the circles hit each other and all overlapped with one another. In those overlaps more and more elements would be mixed in the closer to the center it hit.

Nothing existed besides the 6 elements not even the void as they fought too viciously to co-mingle for now.

As Floradon imagined the planes. He looked at what they might be.

The Fire plane was a plane of perpetual heat. It was perhaps the closest thing to eternal torment a person could find for the heat was unceasing, and falling perpetually with no air to comfort your lungs was never fun.

The Earth plane if someone ended up there was suffocating, and established the floor the other flatter planes followed. Rocks and chasms could be found along with dust, and sand. The Earth plane was nothing short of a desert. One which was endless in all practical terms only determination and grit could guide someone here.

The Metal plane was much like The Earth plane where determination and grit could lead to success in the earth plane. The metal plane bordered by earth and water couldn't be said to be as simple. The Metal plane was vast, and held terrain reminiscent of broken down steampunk with gear like appendages and ground. Holes existed though nothing moved.

The water plane was deep it helped show that the water wasn't just large in distance horizontally but also depth wise. Nothing sucked those that entered this plane but the endless sea with few things to call upon meant those that entered it would soon tire regardless.

The wood plane was akin to a forest with a flat ground of tree roots, and trees of various sorts growing high into the sky.

Finally the Air Plane. It was the least obvious what lay here, but the fact you could breathe here, unlike the other basic planes yielded the most significant clue. Even as you fell you could at least breathe unlike the suffocation the others meant.

The one thing holding this all together keeping the elements in place? Floradon mandated the elements for it to be so, and the elements listen.

Floradon was excited the idea of the magic plane was taking shape. Thus he spoke once more with his endless curiosity and certainty uncaring of what existed beyond the plane. "This Magic plane with the most primal 6 elements swirled to life. For while still incomplete the magic plane had gained it's first step towards the magic it promised to yield."

Fair warning; Elyashael won't be as excited about this as I am , LOL!

The sandbox is not a copy. It contains nothing. It is a version of Creation before anything was CREATEd. It is pure void right now.

ACT counter is updated with the new ACT. Take care when you post for it though. Should be legal in an hour or two.

Also, the World Tree cannot be DESTROYed. It was CREATEd directly by a god. You are not allowed to undo another god's ACT. There is some wiggle room to ALTER it but DESTROY is off the table. OR at least DESTROYing the whole thing.

Sorry if I am being a bit dense here. But could someone give me an example using aeons and turns of how one would take a void act? I still don't quite get how the timing works with acts vs element acts vs multiple acts

If you want to make a sentient race, or deal with void itself it's a void act.

Element acts are bonus acts which have additional complications due to their reactions with other elements.

Normal acts are everything else.

You get a normal act every monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

You get 3 element acts or one void act at the start of every aeon.

Just to add on to this:

For multiple normal acts, you must save up from Monday, Wednesday, or Friday and can't have more than 3 at any time.

That is how cats create! Rawr!

Could I burn all my elemental acts today to do a void act?

OK, you generate one normal ACT every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. These ACTs are normal and can be used for anything.

You generate Elemental ACTs at the start of the AEON only. You'll note the current IC thread is AEON 1. At some point, the gods will go to sleep and I will wrap up the AEON. When you wake up in AEON 2, you get three new ELEMENTAL ACTs.

ELEMENTAL ACTs can be used at any time during the AEON. They cannot be saved from one AEON to the next. Using ELEMENTAL ACTs allows you to make an ACT constrained by the ELEMENT you are using. OR, you can "sacrifice" all three ELEMENTAL ACTs to do one VOID ACT.

EXAMPLE: Shin has the elements of AIR, FIRE, and METAL. Thus, in AEON 1 they have generated one AIR ACT, one FIRE ACT, and one METAL ACT. Anytime they wanted they could use one of these ELEMENTAL ACTs in addition to any normal ACTs or they could use all three at once without any normal ACTs. They are theirs to use when, where, and how they want as long as they are constrained by the element associated. OR, she can sacrifice all three ELEMENTAL ACTs to do a VOID ACT. This is unique as it is the only thing that can create sentience. Some think it also allows you to interact with the VOID element; this is not true, yet.

If it helps at all, the second table in the tracking thread is tracking all your ELEMENTAL ACTs. If and when someone uses them, they will be noted here. Haven't decided yet how I'll notate a VOID ACT occurring yet.

So each "act" can be one action. That can be making a "normal" act, a single elemental act OR a void act (assuming one has all three elemental acts available to sacrifice.) These can all happen anytime, except concurrently. For example on a Wednesday you CANNOT make a "normal" act in the morning and an elemental act or void act in the afternoon.
