Well if this act brought about wrath then later acts which actually create new things will not be made. If that's the case the only way to get this done is the slow way.

Creating new things is not the problem. The Origin Star and World Tree are both large, complex things.

Creating more than one thing at a time is unless those things are all, mostly, identical.

Thus, asteroids were fine.

Maybe it lay in the fact that the "idea" of the elements existed but not the elements themselves. So I interpreted your act as CREATing the elements to occupy the plane. I even thought organizing them was fine. But your wording was iffy on the shaping them part. There was a lot of the term "command" thrown about. I am a pretty big word nerd, so word choice is important.

My recommendation, go with the flow and see what happens! Not all perfectly laid plans will get you laid the way you planned.

This is incredible. You really deserve the title of creator of all things.

Let's see what I need to do... rearrange the elements, establish the basis for the future elements so you can decide what they all result in so that I don't inspire additional wrath.

I may be totally wrong Floradon, but I think in this God Game, the GM has decided to run it more like a demented version of telephone (where AO interprets our actions exactly as they were written) rather than the more straightforward and less complex "whatever I want to happen does so because I am God with a capital G".

Also, a question for the GM: How long is an Aeon? I know you said something about it taking a 'round of ACTs' but I don't really understand that?

Just asking so I know when the ideal time to burn my elemental acts are :)

I generally call to AEON vote somewhere around 10 ACTS. So, I am planning three weeks for this AEON. A week for me to sort things, then AEON 2. I got a move in there somewhere, though, so we'll see what happens about the 1 week sorting period.

Oh yes and I am a "by the word written" type. I do my best to not put anything into it unless WRATH is invoked or knock-on effects are in play such as the corruption of a branch having to change the Fruit.

My attempt to use Mathematics to allow finer control over processes and summoning volumes, weights, and energy states had the unintended consequence of setting up a magic system for future sentient beings.  Now I have to think carefully if I really want to define the laws of thermodynamics or not.  Thank goodness I did this in the backup/sandbox.

I'm reminded of a shirt I saw that was related to the game magic the gathering, it says, " if you want to know what the card does,read the card," in response to all the repetitive questions about what such and such does. ;)

I remember being terrible at the game at first (still not good), and asking my brother 'how the heck does this card work' and he just reads the card to me and it made sense so I slapped myself lmao.

Yeah, I only meant that AOs beginning to repeat himself, and that'll drive him crazy in the end. I've seen grown men fall to pieces like that. Dark days for creation lay that way...

I get that the joke is just read the card, but sometimes it is honestly easier to just ask someone how a card works, hearing someone else say it can make it click a bit better than just reading it yourself, especially if they know the card and put in some extra little bits.

I'm thinking of a gravity-like property for earthen objects. Does anyone have a concern OOC? Speaking creatively and collaboratively, just wondering if this would really mess up anyone's plans?

The idea would be to cast a special dust across creation to cover every surface. It would create a strong attractive force for creatures, water and air to cling to,  I was thinking of a mile radius. The bonus is that it would allow us to keep the shape of all of our interesting designs, rather than gravity smooshing everything into a ball. Just an idea I wanted to run by anyone who cares!
