Van, Sancho and Yuri easily make the short 2 meters space walk from the Stealth Gunship Ba'al to the CV Svetalana.

Possessing the command codes of his own ship, Van opens the outer crew airlock and then guides his drones in. He then cycels the airlock, giving the drone access to the second deck of the vessel (operations). Here all of the monitors are dark, and the deck is very much unoccupied.

In reply to Darkside Trooper (msg # 1):

Holding his position, he checked to make sure the drone was functional.

"Have effected entry. Holding here. Drone making a recce forward to command deck. Then back-tracking drone to check crew and engineering spaces."

He guided the drone up.

Sancho waited to see what the drone was able to find. He covered forward with his weapon should anyone have been alerted to their position.

"Shall I?" said Yuri, reaching for the internal air lock controls.

Van’s drone enters the from the crew airlock located on deck two and ventures into the Operations deck. This deck is empty, and the only monitors/readouts that are on are those with life-support data, which indicate that the cabin pressure is at one PSI and there are acceptable oxygen levels.

Guiding the drone up the stairwell/ladder to the Flight Deck shows that it is empty as well.

The next deck down, beyond Ops is the crew quarters, and the hatches leading to the quarters themselves are closed, which the drone is unable to open as they are an older design that have to be manually opened.

The next deck down, the Galley deck, is empty but nothing seems amiss. The appliances are off, and none of the food storage lockers are open.

Beyond the Galley deck is the ship’s cargo hold. Here there is something amiss with the cargo airlock. Both the inner and outer airlock doors are open, and the drone can see the passage way the leads directly into Eros Station.

OOC: Going to leave it here as the open airlock hatches are a clear indication that somebody came onto the ship.

Recalling the drone, Van transmitted the feed to the Valentina.

said, "it looks like someone broke into the ship via the cargo locks. Entered via the loading bridge. Unable to check passenger quarters with drone. Goes without saying: remain suited up on independent air.

"Plan is to proceed to quarters. Will manually lock door from outside. Then determine if quarters are occupied. Maybe we can hold them inside while salvaging. After, determine if trespassers infected. If not, offer chance to evacuate on Valentina."

Sancho watched the drone feed as well and when  it was over he gave the thumbs up that he was ready to clear the ship. He ran through the drones route in his head as they prepared to move off.

Sancho, Yuri and Van enter the CV Svetalana. Van leaves his drone to monitor the open cargo airlock hatches.

Although already done by the drone, the three visually clear the Operations Deck (deck 2 on game map), and Flight Deck (deck 1 on game map).

Moving down to the Crew Quarters (deck 3 on game map), the three see the four hatches leading from the center of the ship to the crew quarters themselves are closed.

[Private to Nguyen Van Loc: After making your statement of someone breaking into the ship you realize that there is no obvious cutting damage. This indicates that whoever opened the cargo airlock hatches had some good technical skills to bypass the electronic lock, or it was a member of your own crew.

The real oddity was that both the inner and outer airlock hatches were open. This was only time when cargo was being on/off loaded.]

OOC: Do not forget that the game map for group 3 has the deck layout of the ship.

"Suggest check each door turn by turn," said Yuri, pointing at the 4 hatches leading to quarters.

In reply to Yuri Ivanovich (msg # 9):

"Yes. Is good plan.

"No sign of tamper on cargo locks. If someone present, suggests advanced technical skills to effect entry. Could be very useful in unlocking critical systems on both ships.

"Do not kill or injure if not infected."

He considered transmitting more information to the other ship but decided to wait until they had more information.

Van stacked himself up behind Yuri.

The three men begin to clear the crew quarters of the CV Svetalana, and start with the starboard side crew quarters. Van is able to access and unlock each of the hatches into the individual rooms. The starboard side is unoccupied and it doesn't appear that they have been ransacked. But then six old (but serviceable) vac suits and helmets there isn’t much in terms of value other than personal effects.

The port side crew quarters contain a larger cabin which Van indicates is his own quarters. There is also walk-in armory. Van opens up the armory which has an auto rifle, a semi auto shotgun. Tactical vests preloaded for both of these guns; a third tac vest preloaded for a anti-material rifle. In a backpack is a broken down anti-martial rifle. There are also four pistol belts. While there are storage slots for 8 pistols, only one is present.

• 1x Zastava style anti-material rifle (broken down and in a backpack)
• 1x tactical vest w/six 10rd magazines for the Saiga, drop holster for a pistol, and w/two magazines of 9mm ammo and a drop pouch that contains a bolt gun to secure the rifle to a deck.

Sancho looked over the equipment and given no one else had raised their hand he took the AK and the associated vest. He also took the 9mm pistol and deposited it onto the vest as well as a couple of extra 9mm mags for a total of four on the vest and one in the gun.. "Are we moving this back now or leaving it until the op's done ?"

He asked as he grabbed a couple of extra grenades.

OOC/FYI: Van's character is probably going to want the AK. It's his character's ship, and he made all the rolls to determine what kind of guns were still onboard. The one thing he wanted was an AK.

Also, each vest & pistol belt already has 2 flashbangs and 2 9mm mags (for GLOCK style pistols). They are made the be worn over a vac suit, or without a vac suit.
