As a heads up I encourage all player characters to check out Babylon Station.

Characters could try to see if certain supplies are available and nearby conversations may yield information about potential jobs, cargo and recent events.

This is probably something Alis may be involved in, as well as other various characters based on their crew roles

The engineers (Asha and Sancho) would be helpful in getting supplies to repair the Officer quarters and replace a washing machine/dryer, some gym equipment, and the crew station chairs.

 Kattalin might be the go to for the new monitors that are needed for the damaged crew stations.

Ody would be the go to for an auto doc.

Kala might be the go to for shipboard drones. Apophis has room for a few but the drone bay is empty.

You guys are good on PDC ammo, but torpedo load out isn't optimal. The only good news there is that at this point in the time line torpedoes are a rarity outside of the Earth and Martian navies.

Given the safety concerns I figured Kattalin would stay onboard prepping the ship in ways you can't do while in motion to be upgraded once the list of parts she sent with everyone going to the station became available.  If for some reason it becomes helpful to use Mars credit based income in person we can adjust that plan.

Not sure how you can help money wise yet. Babylon Station only deals with physical currency so as to stay off the radar of both the UN and MCR.

Yay, Alis is a trader/purser so she will handle the buying and selling of goods. I already established in game that she'd made a shopping list of stuff needed for both ships.

As for barter, either coin or stuff that isn't sensitive or that will raise questions can be used as 'money'.

If there is cash that would be better since that's easy, and this is just a pass thru location, so Alis would rather not dump any 'hot' or 'legitimate salvage' items here.

Well for now Ody is staying behind to guard the ship, as it would make more sense given the situation. But an autodoc would be great! I though the ship already had decent medical supplies to begin with.

There are enough NPCs to guard the ship. So  don’t let that keep you from going onto the station.

I mean it's more of an IC choice, but that depends for how long we're staying I guess.

But since this is a PbP game we could literally be here for months in real time depending on how often people can post.
