How do we determine our stats?

4d6 drop lowest, re-roll all 1s. No stat below 8, no stat above 18 for first level.

Oh well... I guess I should just imagine that we have a 29 point buy.

I got the equivalent of a 43 point buy. For the first time in my life the Dice Roller has been good to me. No 18, though.

What are you complaining about? Caredo has the equivalent of a 26 point buy. I had to take a flaw to have Psionic Prodigy.
