Just a chronology question, is this game before or after Neverwinter was almost razed by a volcano, as seen in the Drizzt books?

before.  This game is set about 1394 - about 10 years after the spellplague (and about 35 years after the time of troubles)

It definitely sets a tone.  I'm surprised the patrons didn't spring up for an impromptu dance number

Very true.  There's nothing quite like a Natural 20 to get things going in the right direction.

Great start everyone, even better with that nat 20! Yulin definitely caught everyone's attention with it, even a PC!  Love how you call Amalia an hatchling, it should bring good RP when it reaches her ears lol.

I made a small change to my post. I just wanted a sentry outside for when things go badly.

I did make her very young, but at level one, can't give her lots of experience lol

The Whitlock sisters are young too, so not to worry.
