From the map picture, it looks like arrows came from multiple directions. Is that true for what we can see as well?

Everyone is awarded 200 XP for the interaction since meeting as well as the goblin ambush

How do we add xp to our character sheets in dndbeyond?

Select the wheel/cog next to your character name on your character sheet.
In the menu that opens on the right hand side click MANAGE EXPERIENCE.
Make sure it is set to add XP, if not click ADD XP.
Enter the amount of experience you want to add where it says TYPE XP VALUE.
Click APPLY CHANGES.

Also, how are we handling the leveling up process when we get there? Immediate level increase? Current and max HP increase? Immediate access to new hit dice?

How it will work is immediate access to all skills as per new level. You will not gain new spells BUT can access the new spell slot for existing spells.

Hit points you can either roll (Reroll natural 1) or take average hp for your class +1 (a d8 would get 5 hp) plus con bonus

A short rest is literally resting, just taking it easy. You can still do light activities and things, so rules-wise there's nothing stopping you from listening in. Up to you RP-wise.

Trying to work out timing is annoying.

I wouldn't have thought you've been interrogating them very long.  Maybe a minute or two based on dialogue.

I've assumed by the time Snoric had been 'de-shafted', healed and then collected the goblin booty the interrogation would be done and he'd have missed it all.

Is it really going to take an hour to interrogate the prisoners and clear the battlefield?  Figured it was 10-15 mins work tops.

I assumed the same, it was a short conversation while everyone had been doing their own thing. Solgran, Amalia and Yulin being involved directly.

Edit: And Osmon hearing as well from the back of the wagon.

Yana would have stayed by the wagon regardless,  wary of letting the cargo go unguarded.    In her overthinking paranoia,  she can't dismiss the possibility that other goblins might use this battle as a distraction.

I guess we can have a 'party huddle' then IC soon to share what we know and make plans!

Ok seeing that I rolled a 1 might not bode well for rolling.
