you have a shot, just not with advantage

Both familiars targeted the drow with the Help action so two party members should have advantage on a single attack again her, depending on turn order.

How are goblins approaching from the east?  Aren't there castle walls to our east?  Aren't we in the room immediately north of the 'yellow star room'?

Also not sure if the owlbear could even get out of the room.  Certainly wont fit through a door.  Guess it might be able to squeeze through the rubble to the NW of the room.

Usually a creature can squeeze through a space up to one size smaller than themselves. Since an owlbear is large anything designed for a medium creature it can squeeze through, though I believe it counts as difficult terrain and the creature is at disadvantage.

After taking cover, do I have Advantage in my bow shot?

with a stealth roll of 23 thee previous round, yes, you do.

With all combat, if you hide the previous round, act as if you have advantage - i will determine whether it is granted or not at the time

Welcome to the game, boss. I was going to say that I keep my ancestors and warrior spirits to myself over here, but that's not actually true. They just dance around me and keep everyone else safe instead.

I think nearly half of my current characters are tribal and/or death/ancestor-oriented in some way. I'll need to shake up the diversity again soon.

Welcome! Yep I do play in and thoroughly enjoy your game, this one is my oldest active one (except those I GM) and Ao has made it very engaging, you won't regret it ;)

But if you want to play a pirate, Snoric has a game in that vein lol

So, in revision - both these rooms are now clear of enemies (one had skeletons, the other not). The second had a locked box which no one has tried to open.

Unexplored areas are east (to a light-filled entrance) or north (that leads to more man-made passages)
