"Yes! Me am not Levi-tan! Me fake!" the copy roared, as it fell to its knees.

Well, maybe that was good.

"Okay," said Levi, approaching the strange creature cautiously.  At least she wasn't wrecking things now.

Levi had good self-control, and this was good-- the idea of a clone of her, or whatever this was, was terrifying.  Not for what it might do, mind you, in the way of tearing up Metropolis.

The real risk was... well, if this one was capable of fulfilling her mother's plans.  And this couldn't possibly be her mother's work, could it?  She wouldn't make another Levi that was... well... stupid.  That would defeat the purpose of her plans.  So then who...

Luthor.

That was it.  It had to be Luthor.  He'd tried to make a copy of her, and it hadn't worked out like it was supposed to.  And... he didn't realize what he'd done, or just how bad this could be.

But why was she talking like that?

"So where do you come from?" she asked.

"Levi-tan died in dark lab by Father," the thing said. "Me am villain, just want be villain. People happy to see Levi."

Was... was this creature speaking backwards?  Reversing the meaning of words?

How bad was Luthor at cloning, anyway?

"Did you... uh, forget... name of Father?" Levi asked.  "Or where Dark Lab is?"

"No, me can lead you away," the clone said.

Okay.  Communication.  That was good.

"Lead away, then," said Levi.  Luckily, the clone didn't have her rocket belt, so it should be easy to follow.

The clone shook her head and than began to run and leap in a direction that had some destruction.

You dropped Lois off and she gave you a wave and a good night.

Well, that was nice... hopefully, they'd go again soon.

And next time, take some precautions to avoid getting mobbed.

For now, she headed home.

As you were flying around, you see an old man on top of a roof trying to wave you down.

That was worth investigating.  She flew over to take a look.

Getting a good look at the man, he was bald with glasses. He smiled as you approached.

"Hi there! How are you today?" he asked.

"I'm doing all right," said Levi, cautiously.  "I don't think we've met, Mr....?"

"Grabowski," the man said, he was a short, bald man wearing a lab coat and glasses. "I was just getting some fresh air and saw you coming bye and wanted to say hello."

"Well, that's fine," said Levi.  "Hi!  You're wearing a lab coat... have you been working in a lab recently?"

"Oh, I used to, when I was younger. It's a comfort thing," Mr. Grabowski said.

"Oh, interesting," said Levi.  "So what do you do now?"

"Oh, I'm retired now, doing the occasional experiment for fun," Mr. Grabowski said.

"Very nice," said Levi.  "I'm mostly a marine biologist, but I dabble in other fields.  What about you?"

"Robotics mostly, a few other things here and there," Mr. Grabowski said.

"Very nice!" said Levi.  "Can you show me any of your projects?"

Mr. Grabowski chuckled.

"Nothing's finished yet, but I'll make sure to show you them as soon as they're finished."

"Cool!" said Levi.  "Here, let me give you my contact info so you can let me know."

"Ah, yes, thank you," Mr. Grabowski said, taking it down and sharing his.

"Take care!" said Levi.  "And document your work!"

She flew on, seeing what else was going on.
