Levi opened it and went down.

You heard an alarm going off and four armed Lexcorp security guards appeared, pointing assault rifles at you.

"I'm afraid I can't let you go any further," the lead guard said.

"Well, that's going to be an issue," said Levi.  "Because I tracked the origin point to a destructive low-quality clone of me to this place, and I'm going to find out what's going on.  Um, you might as well put the guns down.  They won't help, and someone might get hurt if you aren't careful."

"Sorry, gotta try and keep my job," the man said. "Open fire!"

The bullets bounced off you harmlessly.

"Now, see, this is silly," said Levi.  "Someone could get hurt by ricochets.  I'm just going right through here..."

She walked forward, past the guards.

You come to a large and locked door.

Levi sighed, and opened the door.  With a bit of a wrenching sound.

"It's come back! Kill it you fools!" Luthor roared as you entered. "Oh, it's you. What are you doing on my property?"

"Oh, I was figuring out that you created a clone of me to... use against me?  Frame me?  Something like that?" said Leviathan.  "I followed the path of destruction here, and you just admitted that the clone was your doing.  Also, if the clone is anything even close to me, your guards are really, really underarmed to deal with her."

"I've committed no crime," Luthor said. "In fact, I'm sure you'll find I had no idea what this division was doing."

"...Yeah, I'm sure your lawyers will see to that," said Levi.  "I'm glad to hear that, though, because seriously, this was a really, really bad idea, Mr. Luthor.  You literally and actually have no concept of why, and that's really dangerous.  Did you even stop to think about some of the ways that this could go wrong?  Or all the better ways that you could have used this kind of technology?  You could... well, I guess biology isn't your field, is it?"

She sighed.

"Okay, so, your plan, that, for legal purposes, you did not have, has gone really badly wrong, and the bad idea you didn't have was made at a facility you own, making your company liable for the damages regardless of your personal involvement until you annoy the feds enough for a RICO investigation.  You created a sapient living being.  Did you have a plan for dealing with her other than murder?  Murder isn't a good idea here.  I mean, you did enough research to figure that one out, right?"

It was much better to bait him this way instead of giving in to the anger she felt.  She was always working hard to never, ever give in to anger.  She knew where that could lead.

"I will be paying for damages, yes," Luthor said. "I suppose that the failed clone is your problem now."

"Really?"  Levi sighed.

"Well, with your expressed attitude, I guess that's for the best.  Mr. Luthor, currently, you're letting anger release endorphins into your brain, creating an addictive cycle where you look for things to get angry over to release more endorphins, and letting me live in your brain rent-free.  This kind of cycle is ultimately stressful and self-destructive.  I'd really take a good look at your life and reconsider; short-sighted anger could have cost you far, far more than you realize this time.  I hope you never have to find out how, for your sake."

But she went back to look for the clone.  This was going to be a pain, no matter what.

When you reached the surface, the clone was sitting cross-legged on the ground. She waved at you.

"Goodbye, first time!"

"Goodbye yourself, not-cousin," said Levi.  "It was very... uh... bad of you to stay?  How are you feeling?"

"Me am hating idea of living with not-me," the clone said.

Levi tried to follow that.  Tricky wording, but...

"Would you hate to see my home?" she tried.  The lab, at least, was tough enough to survive Nahtaivel wandering around it.  Or maybe she'd be happier underwater...

The clone was deep in though.

"No, me hate visit there," she said.

(OOC: The clone seems to be able to understand normal speech, she is just unable to speak normally.)

"Good!" said Levi.  "I want to look you over and make sure that you're healthy and find out how they made you.  Also, you'll get to go underwater!  I think you'll really like it.  Ready?"

"No!" the clone said, shaking her head enthusiastically.

"I'll carry you, all right?" said Levi.  The clone didn't have a rocket belt, after all.

The clone let you pick her up.

Levi flew off to her home!
