Re: The Eternal Realm, Home of The Gods

Dadacar does not speak often. When he does now it fills the void with the low susurration of a just kindled flame.

"Kin," he says, addressing Humilis and Pax, "Is this experiment wise? These humans you've brought into existence seem ill-equipped to flourish in a world so dangerous."

Unspoken, as he would seldom consider challenging his family, Dadacar was concerned about Humilis and Pax statement that something created by the Gods could have an opinion OF the gods.

"They will thrive. Or they will not." Pax was the first to reply to Dadacar.
"Like any other animal, they will live and die in multitudes. They will experience triumph and sadness. They will exalt, and they will despair." Humilis joined his sister in their mutual response.
"... and every trial they endure, will be our collective responsibility. How they feel about their trials will be up to each of us." Pax gestured both at the joined godly pair, to Dadacar, and toward all the other gods in attendance in the void.
"At first it will be very difficult for them, but the tools exist for them to rise. These tools: magic, technology, and faith... are already present in the void, and in time, we will give them more."
Pax nodded.
"They will grow, and there are no limits to that growth except those that Ao imposes. Are we not also limited by the same force? By the same will?"

"I'm Sorry Humilis, and Pax. I do not see why we should care for if Humans find us Worthy or not. Creation is but a game to me and I'm sure the others here, and thus I fail to see how Humans judging us to be whatever they see us as, will ever be something newsworthy. For we are the ones that create their tools. It is like an An ordinary Ant worrying the Unicorns. They don't exist on the same level of power as each other. The only reason they might worry is because of compassion.

Re: The Eternal Realm, Home of The Gods

Ayrmith appeared near the others, his storm shrinking. He looked around focusing on Humilis and Pax and spoke, “Is it right for them to have such growth? For them to be a limitless as the gods? If they grow mightier then the animals, and plants around them? You already have acknowledged they will seek peace and war, what damages will they be able to bring? Will they wipe out races to gain resources, will they toppled the world to see a foe destroyed? With the power to judge gods comes the responsibility to act as we have. We haven’t had a true war, some disagreement, or imbalances in nature but we have always been willing to worked together. I fear if your race will manage the same.

Cungto agrees with Plutocrus, "There are many creatures in creation, The Black Cats, Salmon and Cornhash from a tin Can Eating Dogs, The Minmax Spider, The Lobsters, and so many more. but out of all of them, I do have to agree few can beat The Minmax Spider. Though all creatures in Existence have their positive points, Heck, even the Tome Borne have their positive points."

As Alpha for this age, I must see to helping all of us succeed. There is a new god, and a threat to our works. We ourselves can not defend them while we sleep, however There is something i can try to help all of us with. I can initiate the Sacred Rite of the Alpha's Project for the first time, and I believe the focus to help Give Life a chance will be classes. I can grant all those that seek to help me in this endeavor An Act, or a Card based on their Choice. Cungto already tired of the Serious talk, turns into a die and rolls himself on the floor.

The Eternal Realm, Home of The Gods

As he awoke more and more from the torpor he had been in between ages, what Plutocrus saw of Lerret shocked and annoyed him. The world once so lively and vibrant is covered under ice and darkness. Great rings of ghosts and souls orbiting the planet, no place to go or god to care for them.

"I had Great Plans for this Age... I had thought of them in the time of the Last ACTs, and as my existence was in torpor, my mind reveled in the possibilities. Now I awake to find the world quite changed, and in need of much work before it will be ready for a Great Plan."

His previous off the cuff response to Cungo now seemed flippant and irreverent in the face of what the mortals were suffering and the loss of most of what had come before.

"It may be that we need to check this thing from the bottom up. See exactly what all has been done to our worlds and creations."

"Life endures despite all the hardship and pain." Pax appeared in the realm of the gods. Where before she took no form, Pax now appeared to the other gods as a great feathered serpent, a coatl, but mountainous in size and sporting nine pairs of wings instead of the one belonging to their mortal creations.

"We are proud of our children. All of them. But we agree with Plutocrus, that intervention may be required." Humilis entered after his sister, appearing as an older human man, frail and very very small next to his sibling. But his eyes shown with a great divine purpose.

"There is much to do, and dear Cungto, we will take you up on your offer. An act to define and improve one class in particular." Both siblings said together, nodding toward the god of games.

Ayrmith awoke inspired, he had a new aspect to represent life. Hearing Cungto’s offer he knew that he would take her up on the offer later. For now, he knew that he would need to act on his plans to start bring balance to the world. He frowned at the The Great Eel, a direct concertation to remove it would be satisfying, but dangerous, and leave the world vulnerable to another incident.

After a few moments Ayrmith split himself, he would need to act in the divine realm and the mortal realm at the same time again to give his ACTs the correct power and the right connection to the card that he would need to play.

In sleep, Dadacar appeared as a great pillar of frozen flame. His awakening was only slightly less dramatic then his birth, exploding in a million shards of frozen flame, scattering the pieces across time and space.

He listens to Cungto's words. Dadacar is...hesitant.

Too much influence by the gods would make existence weak, and lazy. It would be easy for Dadacar and his siblings to offer all manner of boons to the sentient and living creatures of existence. But would that really help them, or just make them more reliant on the gods?

At the same time, he appreciated the fire of hope. Without hope, there was no flame to fan. Without hope, there was no striving for greatness.

Still, having the gods put their focus on one aspect, of one planet...

"No." he intoned in a voice that hissed like boiling stone, "No dear Cungto, I will not participate. I will not stand in the way, but let Lerret survive on its own. We have given them enough tools for now. I will turn my attention elsewhere."

"Come Now, even if you do believe they'll receive enough support, The Priests could help you deal with a separate problem, of the Soul ring. I suppose that's of no concern of yours Either. Or doing so much other stuff, You could even make them enemies of Humanity for all I care. Even Strife can help them grow after all. "

The flames hissed and spat as if they'd been doused with water. Dadacar considered the blanket of white souls peppers the solar system. He also considered the failings of his servant Lytek to prevent this.

Constancy was not in his nature. Nor was he inclined to lend over much support that may inevitably create dependency, weakness and stagnation.

However, Cungto's words did ring true.

"For now," he spoke in tones of smoldering peat and ash, "For now, perhaps dear Cungto, our aims are aligned."

An errant comet nearly drew Dadacar away onto his next mercurial project, but with great effort he drew himself back to Cungto, and Lerret,

"I will help you."

His plans for the rest of the universe would have to wait.

Ayrmith, moved back to the divine realm hearing Dadacar and Cungto talking. Ayrmith spoke to Cungto, “ I heard your offer before I went to start my project with the slimes.” He paused looking down to the slimes wondering if they would be able to fill the role he had for them.

Then his focus shifted back to what he was saying, “You said that classes would be the key to saving lives. Is your offer only to help modify, and increase the power of the class system? I have already modified the Lord class and at this time I don’t think I can add more to it.” He debated the idea but really didn’t feel he had much to contribute to the class at this time.

Then Ayrmith though and spoke, “For Dadacar you offer the ring of souls as a project, what project would you suggest for me? ” Ayrmith didn’t promise anything but he would be interested to see what they might mention, it might truly inspire a great projet of it’s own.

"The project must relate to classes in Some Way, However, You Have fully fleshed out the Lords, but have ignored your Other Class The Ayrsmiths. What would you do to flesh them out? You have claimed them as your own, and they are but a basic entry, could you not breathe The Air of life into them? Perhaps you have ideas, that you dismissed in the Lord class more appropriate for another? " Cungto Suggested.

"Do you think it's being maintained by that thing's presence? By removing it, could we bring warmth and light back to Lerret?"

Ayrmith nodded, scanning the mortal realm seeing the effects that is ACT’s had had on the slimes. He gave a minor frown. He hadn’t predicted it working out quite as it had, but he could still work them to the task.

Ayrmith’s form seemed to glow with a pulse of energy. Ayrsmiths wes a class he hadn’t focused on. Perhaps there were some powerful modifications that he could make to the class, allowing it to become a powerful force in the world. “I see, Ayrsmiths. I could help grow that class but it will take some time. I will need to set up the ground work, create a few things.” He paused for a minute, before seemingly refocusing. “First I must finish my slime project, I feel that they might help to rebalance the elemental chaos down below.

Then Ayrmith turned facing Plutocrus, “I don’t think that simply. I assume removing an Avatar will be a complicated task because it's the rouge god's. I have a feeling that we will need to strengthening the races, as well as take practical steps to add our power to the world. So that when the time comes to act we will have bonuses that are unmatched by the other god.

Plutocrus was slow to rise from his torpor. "Ah, what has happened this time?" He cast his unblinking gaze over the worlds seeing what had happened in their absence.

What he saw dekighted and then disappointed him in equal measure. "My, that was a lot of wars and Death. Clearly something must be done. And poor Lerret suffers under the work of people. This cannot be sustainable."

With his resolve set, he goes off to set in motion his plans to save Lerret and possibly all the worlds.
