I'm confused.  I see

 J off to never never land
and
 S, K, Y: decoy
 D: explore
 B: attempt repair hold out pistol
which is it? Can't be both.

I'm assuming you are going to do the Phoenix Corp. job and not use it as a backup if looking for others doesn't pan out?
