A "Campaign" is an entire game from start to end. In this case 10 Campaign Turns.

A "Campaign Turns" the the complete sequences of Steps from 1 to 14.

Hull 35 means that's how much damage the ship can take.

It was in the JOBS listing. That job is no longer available.
