I am currently looking to recruit one team of four to six characters. That said, I think it would be best if everyone was able to develop their character ideas properly before I make a choice, with the benefit of other people’s input. As such, I am going to let everyone who applies enter the game’s forum. Each prospective player will be able to work on their concept(s) in an individual thread. I plan to look over each concept at least once and give any comments or questions I might have, then give people time to refine their concepts further if they feel the need to do so.

It is too early to set a definite character creation deadline since I do not know how many people would apply and how quickly they would do so. Provisionally I will say that you have until August 2 7, but I might easily move that up or down. In the end, I am going to pick characters based primarily on who I think would make the most interesting team story-wise, though other factors such as writing quality and compelling individual hooks would obviously influence that as well. If you are not selected the first time, you are still welcome to stay on as part of the peanut gallery and the reserve. The latter means that if I ever decide to add more characters to the first team (as a replacement, say) or set up another team, you will be the first people I ask before trying to recruit anyone else.
