The 4 arrived via Uber and was escorted to a conference room,where Diane and her husband had and interview. They walked in and Diane smiled real big. She introduced her family to Janet,Myri,Edward and most importantly her hero Jeremy.

Diane's husband was talking about the award check and Myri was trying to talk them out of it. Diane pulled Janet away and handed the envelope with a cashier's check for $10,000. Janet knew it would be beating a dead horse to say no so she took it and said thank you and said that she would give some to Jeremy to get what he wants but the rest will go into his college fund.

After that the nurse came to get Diane for some more tests hugs were given as well as numbers  and goodbyes were said.

When the coast was clear the four left the Uber that Edward called for them
They were all talking about not taking that check and this that and the other when Janet said,"I took it."

In reply to Janet Marie Bolland (msg # 1):

Myri shrugged and smiled a little "I wish I could have told Diane that her thanks was all we needed successfully."

Janet was given a kiss on one of her cheeks while the driver was looking at a red light.

Myri yawned and then said "I could go for some more foodage at the all day breakfast place near the RV park. After that I'd like to get a short nap in. Alternatively we could eat in the RV, nap and possibly head off into the sunset or whatever we decide on doing ..."

Janet smiled,"I think breakfast is a really good idea. I think right now I could eat uuhmm a uhhh." She looked at Jeremy to see if he was paying attention and see if he was going to finish her silly sentence like he use to do."

Jeremy in fact was paying attention and said,"Hungry enough to eat a camel...hoofs and bumps."

Janet acted very dramatically as she put one hand over her mouth and the other over her stomach

Edward laughed and shook his head then added,"Hey don't knock it until you've tried it. Especially after it has been drinking water mmmmm. You can't beat that taste. Everything is so moist and it really doesn't taste that bad."
After trying to keep a straight face he burst out laughing."The meat was hard and was oversalted and over spiced I was told they were a delicious part of a meal but I wasn't buying it."

The three walked through the portal and into the room where Hil and staff were waiting.
They helped Myri undress and get a gown on and on monitors.

Janet and Edward both laughed,"Janet said,"Only you would say that at a time like this. Mi' amore you look absolutely breathtaking considering you are in hardcore labor and 8 effaced and can have her at anytime and it's possible you are about to have a C-section if they can't find her heart beat. Which they are about to come in here to do."

Hil walked in and said in her best Barbra Streisand voice,"Hello Gorgeous."
"Seriously how can you look this damn good and be in labor like you are and the baby be in distressed."

She took the monitor that is wrapped around Myri's now bulging belly and moved it until all of a sudden she found the loudest and strongest heartbeat she has heard since Alex had her son. She smiled," Gotcha little one." She looked at all three parents that had tears in the eyes and said,"Eloise is doing great, mama had to move a bit to get her awake but she is ready to rock and roll. But she will be in NICU for a few days for observation. And I know how important it is for the parents to bond with the baby and y'all will be able to do that and I know how important it is for Jeremy and Eloise to bond together, physically and they will be able to do that I just want to be cautious. To watch her breathing, maybe even do an x-ray of her lungs to make sure there is nothing going on with them. " Hil looked at the monitor,"Oh here comes another contraction. And I will check you will quick afterwards  to see if you are ready or not."

The other trio soon arrived at the hospital and .. Sally looked over at Ollie and smiled a little at her and lil J in turn.

The trio were soon sitting down near the Bolland's room at the hospital.

Sally looked at her own visage in her compact ...

Jeremy said "I may never understand people's interest in make-up."

Myri listened to the machines ping for a moment and then said "Hil, any news about RAS?"

She let out a 'unladylike' belch

Janet took a wash cloth and dried off her sweaty brown then took her hand and kissed it.
Edward walked over and took a seat and took her other hand then placed his hand on Myri's stomach for a couple of minutes and said,"Hey little girl, daddy can't wait to see you." Eloise kicked out a foot as she moved further down into Myri's birth canal.

Hil looked puzzled for a split second and asked,"Why would I hear anything about him? I have no dealings with him."

The mage who was in the corner that brought the three into the room raised her hand and softly stuttered,"I...I have heard about Ras...he was held up on his trial but the decision was in his favor so he should be coming soon. Let me send him a message." She was quite for a few moments then within minutes Rasfusia popped in with a overstuffed pink teddy bear and said,"His name is Wendell. And is my God daughter here yet? From the monitors and all the bells and whistles I'm going to say no."
He turned around 3 times and turned into his human form just in the nick of time, the human nurse walked in to check Myri's vitals, she tried to bitch,"There are entirely too many people in the room. Only ones needed in this room are the parents." She didn't know the situation and didn't know that Hil was in the bathroom.

Before Janet could blow up on her Hil took care of it,"Nurse Thatcher."
The nurse jumped when she saw and heard Hil, oddly enough she didn't recognize Janet.

The nurse said,"Yes ma'am?"
Hil closed her eyes took in a deep breath, counted to 5, opened her eyes and let the air out slowly then said,"Nurse Thatcher...This soon to be mama is one of my special patients. And I'm surprised that you don't recognize My Nurse Practitioner, Janet Bolland, she is the other mom and the man is the proud pappa. The small petite little lady in the corner is my medical mage, she is here in case I need something delivered to me fast and this bright young and handsome man is Myri's cousin, Bruce Bolland, who is the Godfather of the baby that this remarkable beautiful woman is going to have any minute now so she doesn't need your stress. Is that understood?"

The nurse looked at Janet and apologized for not recognizing her then apologized for what she said and how she said it then congratulated them on their baby then left.

Hil shook her head,"I am so sorry about that you guys. Myri didn't need that. Luckily it didn't effect Eloise."
She checked Myri and smiled," Ok Chica you are 100% effaced. Get ready to push on your next contraction."

Hil put on a gown, gloves, hair cap and mask and told Janet and Edward to do the same thing, which they did. Before Janet put her mask up Janet gave Myri a kiss,"Ok mama let's see our little girl."

In reply to Sally Anne McKnight (msg # 11):

Olivia laughed,"Well sweety when you get a girlfriend you will understand, she wants to make herself pretty for you." Olivia then looked at Sally and said,"We can go to the comic book stores on our honeymoon because it's ours not mine. And I'm sorry for being a bi*** and saying we weren't going there. I didn't have that right.I love you. Forgive me for being a bossy butt?" She spelled the word because she didn't want to say that word In front of Jeremy.

Olivia got a message from the mage that Myri was about to start pushing, and she relayed the message to Sal, Jeremy and Eugene, who came inside in case he was needed to run errands or to get anything for the vending machines or cafeteria.

In reply to Hil Moriarity (msg # 13):

Myri looked at Hil "Barely noticed Thatcher. Not sure why I said anything to her"

She looked tiredly at Ras/ Bruce and said in a whispered low voice "Trial? Did I miss something?"

She looked at Hil and whispered, "Janet and I will need non-intimate time alone with Eloise ASAP."

It wasn't long before Myri winced and contracted once.

Sally smiled "Ollie You are forgiven."

Sally then looked around "So um .. what we do now? Drinks? Food? Laptop? A few moments use of a Switch?"

Olivia looked at Jeremy then at Sal and they a look at eachother then they pointed at their nose and hollered out,"Not it!" Jeremy lost so he has to make the Dreaded phone calls to the gram and great gran about the baby. So
Olivia opened a MTN Dew a bag of Chili Sweet Doritos and smiled.
" I'll be right over there if you needed,ok?"
Olivia and Sal sat across from Jeremy and whispered the eachother then past out food and tablet.

Sally smiled at Jeremy as he made the calls.

Jeremy returned to his cousins and said "Great grandma was relaxed surprisingly. The [4] Grandparents were very excited. They will all be here soon."

Sally handy off a widget to Jeremy and turned to Ollie "What a weird past few months you've had."

Sally then looked at Bruce "Olivia or Ollie and I are getting married soon. How are you 'holding up'?"

Jeremy switched to playing the Switch with Eugene as some mages came along to supplement the security end of things .... and Eugene was able to relax a little.

I chose some dresses for you and left notes yesterday."

Bruce was excited hearing the news of the upcoming wedding.
"If you have no one to be the Officiant, I would be proud to do it. I have performed many a weddings.Ask your great grandparents and they are still together, happily after all this time. And back where I am from I have my own church as Rasfusia and have a big congregation. Just ask some of the older mages they will tell you I keep a captive audience. No one has ever gone to sleep during any of my services. Ask your great grans...they will all tell you I had my church for many a years until it was burnt down to the very ground. There was nothing left but soot and dirt. That's when I did a career change and started watching over my flock. I would get a request and then I poof I would show up. Kinda like I did with Myri. Great, great,Grampa Gerald Bolland asked me to be her watcher and so I am and I was asked to be Jeremy's and Eloise's God father so I can be in their lives and won't be like their perverted cousin or an impish imp." He laughed
"Now to answer your question. I am holding up pretty good. Bringing a new life into this world is a wonderful and joyful accomplishment. It shows us that there is beauty in every walks of life and that God saw it fit to grace up with another little lamb. And when the baby is baptized in a couple of months that is when they will announce that you and I are little Eloise's God Parents"

She looked at her watch she got a negative report from Hil. "Myri is fine but Eloise has opted to take her time."

Sally went quiet to give Ollie some time to herself. Over the next hour Ollie was smiled at occasionally.

Jeremy and Bruce went off to the restaurant and when the hour was up Sally softy said "I've been wracking my poor brain as to what to get you for our wedding, Christmas [Birthday?] pressies, m'love. I know you don't need anything, but I want to make the next few months even more memorable, if that is even possible."

She sighed and said "We should get some food ."

She looked up and said directly to Ollie "Love you. Random query ... what is your favorite sports team?"
