Adam has decided to spruce up an airfield that is a few miles outside of Tyler.

He called around and called in a favor his family was owed.

His father has a friend who has a daughter  that is a mechanical genius.Her parents Eric,an American  married Sukio Yukero, Japanese. The daughter's name is Keiko. She has dual citizenship and went to private school in England where she picked up an accent. Keiko is going to help Adam out for a few months at least.

Adam is now waiting for Keiko to arrive so they can get started on his business venture.

Keiko is an attractive 22 year old japanese / caucasian woman who is 5'8" and weighs 106 lbs. She stepped down from her Ford 650 which had a tool chest lashed to the bed.

She is wearing a light-colored jumpsuit and a well-used Frisco, TX RoughRiders baseball cap. She buzzed the bell at the security gate and looked to see if anyone is  anywhere. She then dialed Adam's cell and ided herself.

The lady's short, spiked hair was once all dark black ... it is currently partly light purple.

She then guzzled the contents of a Pixie Stix, received a big rush and shivered.

Adam then noted at that moment that the Asian woman had an old two-inch scar on her right cheek and had spoken with a posh brit accent ....

She then 'tore into' a breakfast sandwich.

Adam came out of his office then one of the hangers.
Adam is 6 foot, muscular, tanned, wearing Levi's, a pair of worn out boots,goat ropers, an Texas A&M Aggie t-shirt, as he walked out he put on a Texas A&M cap on.

He took the sucker out of his mouth and flashed her a smile and said,"Hi I'm Adam Newman, and welcome to Adam's Aviation Hub. I'm guessing you are Keiko?"

Keiko smiled "Yes, I am Keiko Forster. Is your preference to be called by your first name? If so then hello, Adam. Uhm where should I unload my gear?"

"Yes you can call me Adam. And you can stow your gear in the mechanics office. I'll show you where it is."

The two walk back into the main hanger where the office is kept. Adam's personal plane was there.
They walked past it and you can read on it the words 'THE RAVEN BEAUTY' she was sleek and pure black and shiny and the words were in white block letters.

He took her to her office/ mechanics office.
"Here ya go." He showed her where the walkie talkies were and tells her,"In case you are in one of the other hangers, and if you can't reach me by the radios, call my cell." He leaned against the desk,"Any questions?"

In almost no time, Keiko's gear was stored and Adam was given an extra key.

Keiko spent hours training and was shown all the safety stuff. etc., paperwork was done .

At six, Keiko stripped out of her work gear and changed into street clothes after she cleaned up nicely and looked feminine.

She smiled at Adam and said "So I did pass HALs tests and I can legally work my dainty hands to the bone, Boss?"

Adam handed her the keys to the front door of the main office, to the doors to the other 3 hangers then smiled at her comment about her dainty hands.

"I've seen your work, dainty hands or not...your good and I want to welcome you to the team. How about we go out for a celebratory beer and steak? Unless you have plans. Which you probably do. So we can get together some other time if you like."

In reply to Adam Newman (msg # 7):

Keiko smiled at Adam and said "Hold that thought. I'm texting the mom that I'll be home late or I'll find a hotel room."

She made two texts and while doing that said to him "I live in a quote summer house near my parents Tyler property."

She smiled and looked up at Adam "Let's close up shop fully and mosey on outta here. I noted that our houses are near each other's, and we can eat steak near one of them."

She suddenly snapped her fingers and went into her office and used the bathroom in there.

Meanwhile, Terry [a male employee] stepped up to Adam "I know you wanted to show Keiko full closing procedures unless you closed up the rest of the buildings except for alarms .... but I had to go over to a few of the outer buildings. By the by, one of the FedEx people took note of Keiko's scar and she civilly explained what happened. Odds are your head won't be ripped off if you ask her about the scar."

Keiko returned to the fold...

He faced her,"Well I guess you can follow me to my Ranch and I can throw a couple of steak on the grill I might even have some shrimp I can throw on there too and we can throw back a beer while we wait for the grill to heat up or we can just go to Out Back and we can get a Blooming Onion for our app of choice. Soo it's up to you where do you prefer to go? My feelings won't get hurt either way."

Adam pulled up with a bag from Burger King and a coffee from Starbucks he goes in through the main office to his, turns on the lights and sits at his desk and eats breakfast as he thinks about the past few hours.

The next day Keiko enters work and checks on her new boss as he got his fast food spread out.

She frowned as she noted the use of too much perfume iho .. her make up is understated ...

She said ' Hi, Boss. I was going to force you to have an edible breakfast.' to Adam ....

She looked over his office and stifled a yawn ... She said " Do I get my job list from Terry or you or is it on my desk or hanging on my door? "

Adam looked up from his chicken sandwich he swallowed his bite and smiled.
"Hey there Chicka. Actually you get you schedule from Audriana, I make them out and she types them up, brings them to me for final approval then she puts them in your inbox."

He took a sip of his drink then said,"I don't know if I told you but I had a blast at your place last night. Playing cards then dominos was so much fun. And I was terrified when your dad took me into his study to talk to me. We had cigars and brandy and it was a good talk and he told me that I'm allowed to come over again. That made me feel good ,"

 "And uhm." He flashed her his dazzling smile and his twinkling eyes then said,"You look very nice today."

Keiko smiled and was handed her printed marching orders by Adam.

And after thinking over what she read she said to Adam "It was nice having someone other than my family visiting my living area. And thank you for your compliment about looking nice this morning. By the by I think said family were happy to meet you. Ted said I could tell you passed whatever test he and Kev he had administered on the QT." She smiled at the cigar memory and switched gears "Great that my dad and you bonded yesterday. Did you want to talk tonight with me over brandy and cigars?"

And she wasn't a 24/7/365 smoker but ...

Adam smiled,"I'm really not a smoker, that's why I have the suckers. But your dad offered and I wasn't about to turn him down when this meeting meant so much to everything in the future. I'm just glad they said that the debt was paid in full since you saved my life. And we can go to dinner if you would like but no need for cigar and brandy. I liked your brothers both were pretty cool. Just wait until you meet my sibs. One is emo goth the other is gay. But I love them both no matter what." He offered her half of his chicken sandwich he had delivered from Chilis Restaurant so she had an excuse to stay in his office just a bit longer.

Keiko nibbled and then checked her first planned job again.

When able to speak clearly again said "Glad to know you gents and *the mom* hit it off  .. and in case you hadn't guessed my family is very protective of their quote lotus blossom. So glad that term of endearment was thought better of when I earned my first kung fu black belt."

Terry called Adam and mentioned a potential client who stopped in for info but seemed to be more interested in Keiko's F650  .. ie the 'large gas-guzzling pick-up truck which was under tarps.'

[F650s officially get fifteen miles per gallon in the city and 20 mpg on the highway ... rumors were that Keiko had tweaked the truck]

Terry didn't discuss the truck with the lady who was certain the owner was 'a nutty Republican'.

[Karl had assured Adam of the fact the Forster's were all Democrats].

When Karl informed Adam that his family were Democrats Adam was a little taken back, he thought all rich people and people with good sense were Republicans but he didn't say anything to him because he learned a long time ago not to discuss politics.

He looked at Keiko,"Are you selling your big bear out there?"That is what he has come to call her big truck, with her being so small.

He grinned when he thought of her delicate flower name. It suits her. He whispered to himself but she could probably still be heard,'Lotus Blossom.'

"So you are a Kung Fu Mistress huh?" He winked at her.

Keiko ordered up the likely parts that will be needed for her first three job if she ever stopped 'hiding out' then countered with ...

"My truck is imho the preferable size to haul my tools and other stuff around .. while some moneyed folks might think that a feminine five-foot seven rich jap bitch that probably got scarred on her face whilst getting stoned while dirty dancing with her boy toy might imagine that I drive my pals and our beer kegs carefully around East Texas."

Keiko finished the sandwich and waited for Adam commentary .. and yes her spiel was slow and thought out. She slightly smiled ..

She had earned her bottle of water and drank some ..

He threw his trash away, went to his bathroom and washed his face and hands them brushed his teeth real quick. He smiled at Keiko,"Sorry, it's a habit to brush after each meal."

Keiko left to do her job and any answers Adam hoping for would be at least be delayed until later ... five jobs in total got done [2 by Terry and Keiko each and they worked together on one]

At lunchtime Ann took Keiko to a nearby restaurant where alcohol didn't pass the ladies lips.

Terry and Adam went al fresco ...

Terry looked over at Adar and passed him half of the Ann-Made lunch which was planned

Terry look over at the boss and gasp said "We'll need to discuss Miss Forster officially today  .. you scheduled it when you learned you were getting sone random woman coming in Monday that your dad suggested. We were nervous that she wouldn't gel when you got her CV only. Grant suggested not to ask for one."

Terry said "I'm mumbling ... what did you think of the casual version of Keiko."

"Ok let's discuss our Miss Forster, yes I accepted my dad's recommendation because he gave me a lot of info on her and I admit I ended up googling her to see all of her accomplishments before I gave my dad the go ahead to have it arranged for her to start. I wouldn't have hired just sone Joe Shmoe off the street without looking them up first. You should know me better than that Terry. We have been friends since Kindergarten, I'm no dummy, I don't want some Green Horn working on the planes that I fly. I think...by seeing the work that she has done so far and reading your notes, she is exceptional and an asset to the company."

The duo decided to quickly wrap things up and there was no conclusion to the Keiko discussion.

Ann and Keiko return and rather than talk and are possibly late back from lunch ...  the quartet snack on 'unhealthy' snacks and discuss a particular 50s Z grade sci fi 'classic'.

Some kids who live nearby are listening to music which includes X Gonna Give It to Ya by DMX as used in Deadpool [I].

The film features Deadpool, Colossus and Negasonic Teenage Warhead slow walking to a short bit of that song ... and the 6 currently on-site hub crew members emulate the heroes.

Adam looked at his bud, Terry for a long minute then asked,"Why would I ask Keiko to be my partner of my company? This is my company, made by my money, so no partners needed. Besides she has only worked for me for a week. We would have to be dating for months and be engaged and fixing to get married before I would bring her on as a partner."

He smiled as he heard Keiko laugh

And we'll use our team bonding machines [aka air hockey, pool etc tables]."

Terry holds out a walkie talkie that is not live and looks oh so innocent for no reason.

Adam looked down at his desk and shook his head,"We have too much work that has got to get done today for us to take off early and I have to call it an early night so no air hockey I have to get up at the ass crack of dawn to fly some folks out to Houston tomorrow so I will be gone all day. And when I come back I'll do the flight report and  the plane can be checked out the next morning. Y'all can take off after we get the plane back inside."

Terry saluted and went away .. and Adam was called by him a minute later ...

Terry said on his side of the phone connection "Did you want Keiko along in case you need ...  before you say anything ... hear me out ... Keiko can fly a few aircraft and learned first aid ... and you could use less weight on your flight. Oh yeah .. I allow you to Gibbs me so I'll focus less on our new mechanic."

Keiko got her jobs done and asked for an hours' over time so things could be double checked and her period had slowed her down.

Adam thought for a moment,"Hmmm, you know didn't think k about having a co-pilot with me just in case I get tired or something happens to me and God forbid there has to be an emergency landing. Yeah I'll talk to her about it."

When Keiko asked about the overtime Adam said,"You know I have an at the butt crack of dawn early flight tomorrow and can you s co-pilot if you would like to tag along.  I figure after we land and I get it in one of the bays for refueling we can get a bite to eat. There are several of restaurants in walking distance to the private airstrip we are going to be landing, and I hate to eat alone. And yes you can have an extra day today if you want it, I will be here til 6. And I'll pick you up at 6 in the morning so we can get everything ready to leave. How does this sound?"

Adam cursed out Terry in his head. He thought that "'Niccolò di Bernardo dei Machiavelli' had arranged a cushy day at the airfield and he weaseled out of the job."

Keiko okayed the adventure and assured Adam only had to give her the 'Official Newman Air Jr. Birdman jewelry' as the basic uniforms were well basic.

Keiko suggested a night at Chez Newman so the duo could not be wasting waste time around six am.

Keiko called and asked if one of her Jr. Birdman Gear could be 'undug' by one of her bros and the mom [cuz speakerphone] said the gear a casual outfit would be spit polished at the Forster home and delivered to the Neuman place ASAP.

The mom sent a pic of 'Flying Keiko' with slightly longer one-color hair to Adam.

Adam pulled up into the last hanger and they got out and he locked the bus. He handed her uniform and bag to her. Go change in your office then do a once over see how she looks make sure she doesn't need any fluids then come join me for breakfast. I'll be in my office."

He left Keiko to do what she needed to do while he went to his office, slipped off his boots and then just slipped his coveralls over his clothes and put his combat boots on he put his other boots in his bag and sat down at his desk and drank on his 4th cup of coffee and waited on Keiko.

Keiko matter-of-factly said to Adam that he didn't need to hear her hair is critiqued and added to a list used by a biotch to rate the airline as piss poor. Normally mundane peeps needed a little bit o purple in their miserable lives.

Keiko fixed her minimal amount of Make-up that she had on, made sure her uni hugged every curve [possible another after ratings loser] then went through her preflight list and put a fresh fruit basket on the plane.

There a tween girl who threw tantrums ...

And let us not forget the soda machine vendor at the hub who was not a hub employee ...

Terry waited for that lady to catch flack for something anyways ............

Adam heard the scream of a female and he jumped up and ran outside and there he saw a teenager walking around outside and he prayed she wasn't part of the clients flying out this morning.

The vending machine guy tapped Adam on the shoulder and asked,"Mr. Newman could you sign this?" Adam took the inventory sheet and looked at what was ordered and what was brought, " Follow me to my office and I'll cut you a check."

The two men walked to Adam's office, where Adam told the guy to take a seat. That's when the guy screwed up.
"So that chic out there. Are you two an item or something? Or are ya just banging up or are you and Terry passing her back and forth? Mind if I can get in on some of that action?'
The guy laughed.

Adam looked over the guy's shoulder and saw Keiko,"Who my new mechanic? No we are not an item. No I'm not banging her. Hell no Terry and I are not passi g her back and forth and too answer your last question...hell fucking no. Now take your check and the HELL OUT OF MY OFFICE SND YOUR FUCKING FIRED! AND I WILL BE CALLING JACK ABOUT THIS!'
The shit up out of his chair, so did Adam, but Adam had a baseball bat in his hand.

Adam glared at the guy as the guy was bowed up but so was Adam to the point you can see his muscles popping through his uniform.

"Tell me are feeling lucky. I dare ya, just tell me."
 As the guy scrambled to leave the office you can see Adam right behind him carrying his bat, he stands in front of the hanger door until the guy completely leaves them tossed the bat in the air like baseball players do and catching it, he walked back in his office and sat back down and waited for Keiko so they could eat.
Adam poured himself another cup of coffee, this being his 5th and 6th cup, it's a bigger cup, and sipped on it while watching the early morning news.

Keiko was know in the cockpit actually giving a successful tour. Her accent is a hit with a well-behaved trio of late teen boys who are smitten with their tourguide ... ten minutes earlier the boys were eyballing. etc Keiko.

Keiko is forced to distract Adam who was whispering stuff to her so he wouldn't do something that'll cost jobs ...she wore a shades/safety strap combo ... and her hat ...

The parents and their fit throw tween sister walked into Adams office. He informed Keiko to bring the little gentleman back out so they can board with their parents. No civilians allowed on the plane without attending personal.

He stood up, looked in his coffee cup and was a little sad he was out, and the coffee pot was empty.
"Dr and Mrs Carter it is so good to finally see the face with the voice. We are all ready to go if you fine folks are." He flashed his pearly whites to them, which in turn shows that they can trust him. They mention there is a slight delay that their three sons are missing. Adam told them that they have been in good hands, that hs Co-pilot took them on a tour of the plane because they were a little scared.
Mrs. Carter shook her head and said,"Oh thank you so much, they are scared of flying but we have a wedding to attend and their car is in the shop, and you just don't drive in Houston traffic. And I want to thank your Co-pilot too."

The three boys and Keiko walked in.
"Dr.and Mrs Carter this is my Co-pilot Keiko Forster. I was just telling these fine young men's parents that they were scared and you were trying to help them."
Mrs Carter took Keiko's hand and pulled her into a hug, then said Thank you so much for being there for my boys when I couldn't be."  (Well when your tween is throwing a temper tantrum then it goes down hill after that.)

Keiko goes through the a few seconds of the offical safety procedures and then launches into her own ..

She was asked about her speech pattern just before the plane's engines began....

She said politely "My immediate male relations talk like midwestern Americans stereotypically do, my mother speaks in a professional Japanese tone,.. prior to my fifth birthday we all lived in London and I latched onto a posh manner of speaking.

After the put your ass in your seat and put your fracking seat belt on and no smoking on the plane and no there is no food but you can have a bottle of water or Ginger Ale routine is given Adam is given permission to take off.
He waits until Keiko is in her seat and they drive down the run way as he begins to pull the nose up they are in the air he brings the landing gear up he makes an announcement.
"Well folks we are now headed to Houston and will arrive in the private air strip in 3 hours and 13 minutes. Enjoy your flight and your in flight music."
He flipped on some soft jazz , smiled at Keiko then concentrated on flying the plane...

After a drive to the hub, Keiko got dressed in her office in boots and a light set of work clothes.

When all ready, Keiko hugged and kissed Adam in the office.

Adam's head was released by Keiko's feminine hands and he was then smiled at for a few moments.

Keiko looked very serious and the duo rolled her tool chest out to the work area ...

And the work began ...

Soon, Keiko was done with her double check on her work.

Then Adam disentangled himself from his paperwork and Keiko waited for her boss to sign off on the job. She wished the sign off was a passionate kiss but permaybehaps that would happen later ...

Keiko idly looked at the part's pile for her next job AGAIN when Adam appeared to be done with his inspection ...

Adam went over the inspection with a fine tooth comb and then signed off on it saying,"I did find anything wrong with it, hell I didn't even find any access grease showing that you did any work like Terry leaves that makes the engine smoke after it's started. Very good, I knew it was a good idea hiring you."

He took the paper work and gave her a copy for her files and he kept the original one for his files.
"Make sure you file that under the plane name and model number. Iim gonna be a few extra minutes, I've gotta call and see if we got the bid on the new business I was talking about earlier." He missed Keiko's forehead and rushed back to his office. He can be seen pouring himself a cup of coffee then sitting back behind his desk.
He made his call and was on the phone for 30 minutes but ended the call with a smile.
He pulled out his phone and texted Keiko,'Hey sweety I got the bid. It means they will house their planes here with us and you and Terry will be in charge of maintenance. I was asked to fly the planes when it was necessary. I agreed to it for an extra $10,000. And he agreed. If you are through I am ready to go celebrate I just made a $510,000 deal. And I am splitting the $10,000 between you and Terry.  And don't say no.lol I'll be right out. I gotta call my accountant real quick.' Adam sent the text then made his call to his accountant to give him a heads up about the money coming in and splitting the $10,000 between Keiko and Terry.

Keiko texted back Thank you kindly, boss. I appreciate your glowing report .. and the kiss in the truck.

In forty-five minutes, Keiko filed the job 'under the plane name and model number' and her tools were put away. She wrote some notes so she would be ready for her next work day. She also got cleaned up and dressed casually so as not to excite Adam.

When the duo was ready to head out the hub was closed up properly.

She smiled and said "We should probably talk about my grandmother's announcement and snuggle which in itself is a form of Netflix .. after we call folks."

Out in the truck Keiko pulled out a brand new WWI Snoopy backpack from a duffle bag with a few Snoopy flight & astronaut themed funkos in it [which had been shipped to the hub] ..

She said "Happy early or is it belated birthday?"

Adam blushed,"Oh wow thank you. My birthday is actually tomorrow. I haven't even made any plans other than going to work and  maybe cutting out early and come home to grill a steak and potatoes maybe buy a cake or cupcakes and that's about it. I wouldn't be surprised if my folks don't forget. The kids will call me, they always do but...I don't know I've never had anyone in my life around my birthday that gave a damn. Thank you. I love it." He leaned over and kissed Keiko then started up his truck and headed to his Ranch.
Next post at Adams ranch

Adam and Keiko come roaring into the parking lot of Adam's Aviation Hub and came to a complete stop right in front of the main office. He grabbed his backpack that Keiko just bought him for his birthday and ran around to help Keiko out.

He was giving her a kiss in his office when Terry barged in and stopped cold in his tracks.

Adam stopped the kiss abruptly and looked at Terry,"Ever learn how to knock on a door?"

Terry stuttered and stammered then shook his head,"Sorry boss,a  Mr.Calhoun...Jason Calhoun...he said you two briefly talked yesterday...well he called for you about 5 minutes ago, he had questions about how long it will take to build more hangers so he can get his planes moved here."

Adam nodded,"Ok I'll call him, thanks."
Terry shut the door and Adam looked at Keiko,"Ok imma gonna get to work, see you at lunch."

He made a pot of coffee after anything Keiko said before she left, then sat down at his desk and made the call back.

Keiko laced up her boots after ditching her slippers ..

She muttered something about getting a job where she could wear comfy non skid shoes one of these days and punched in ..

During her first 15 min. break Adam was reminded about dinner and the time and asked if there will be a full team meeting about the kiss at lunch.

Keiko also texted out a reminder about the secret party to the others ...

She began to work again ..

Adam shook his head,"Nah Terry came in here and asked me about the kiss and I told him that we were a couple and he seemed extremely happy about it  and we are closing down for lunch, Terry and his wife are taking us to Clear springs Bar b cue for lunch and they are paying so I'm getting a peach cobbler too." He laughed then said," Come to think about it...there probably will be a discussion about it at lunch. Damn he's an evil genius."

He downed his 8th cup of coffee and grinned,"I got the Calhoun account taken care of that's 2 new accounts. I've hired some guys to come in and build us more hangars I getting 10 more built. Plus 3 personal ones for my planes out beside the office.  And it's up to you if you want to go back to work or not after lunch. We could always grab a movie...you know like a real date...we can even have Terry and his wife join us and make it a double date. I mean we gotta get out and date we can't just sit at the ranch all the time and watch tv, put puzzles together, play board games,  go swimming or ride horses all the time. I mean that's dstesbe stuff but I want to go out and be seen with the most beautiful woman and in the world and have every ma jealous because you are with me and every ean jealous because I with you. I the luckiest guy in the world and I want people to know it. I'm not ashamed of you or our relationship I want people to know we are a couple and if I could put it in the newspaper under current events...I would. So think about the movies and the possibility of it being a double date."

Keiko sighed because the intended text had turned into in person meeting ...

Keiko wished her two-person late lunch that was going to be a bigger party was going to happen as planned.

Keiko sighed again, but she was less irritated and said softly "We shouldn't close up shop early .. I'm thrilled we have more business .. and I'd rather celebrate your birthday at a restaurant .... a movie can be watched later on at the ranch .."

She stopped talking and changed gears .. then told Adam the plans she had made with everyone ..

She smiled a little .. and looked at her clock that was in a pocket "I'm in theory going to go  back to do my job."

She began to walk off ... she slightly smiled a little more and reversed herself and a scared woman gave Adam a tender kiss...

She reluctantly broke the hug and said randomly "Oh and later .. whenever .. we'll be seen together."

She ran out of rambling and confusing words to say .. except "Can you kiss me and shut me up and we should work until three, I think."

Adam laughed and gave Keiko another kiss, this time he kissed her a little longer and even licked her lips a couple of times before withdrawing back but still he holds her in his arms.
He looked at her,"I don't need a party, and I'm pretty sure I told you there was no need." He looked in her eyes and could tell how much it meant to her to have this birthday dinner with his friends and family, he broke down and said,"I will practice, and give my oh my gosh surprise look. Just for you. Thank you."
Terry walked up and started taking and asking for Keiko to help him with
an  engine that locked up and won't start it's a used plane Adam here got at a flee market. It is going to be another project plane just like the  Black Silk, Adam's personal plane, so it is going to be completely over hauled painting it Cherry Apple Red, but anyway I digress but that will come later. But anyway come help me please."

Adam released Keiko the turned her away, he padded her butt as she walked away. He winked at her (Keiko} when she turned around to look at him,(Adam)

Terry and the rest of the merry band of workers that were milling around made it look as if the newly minted couple were taking hours to kiss and hug by looking a few minutes at their watches in goofy ways.

Keiko was happy to be kissed and shook a little during when Adam administered his last kiss.

Keiko effected an even sexier version of the Yvonne Craig / Barbara Gordon / Batgirl strut and softly called Terry over to the broken plane.

After thirty minutes Keiko of tinkering the motor suggested to Terri that the old engine could be repaired in about a week or so...

That duo went over to Adam and Keiko said "Terri and I agree that given a week one mechanic could fix what ails the old girl. My brother Ted owns a similar motor that he has been meaning to find a home for five years and the motors could be smitched around."

Having said that she switched gears and frowned at her ass getting slapped in public. She then walked slowly with military precision back over to the plane.

Keiko then zoned and then for thirty more minutes a closer inspection of the plane was done.

Terri suggested no one should touch Keiko, get too close to or speak to her.

Keiko finished her inspection, liquids poured out of places folks didn't know existed and a few other things were replaced. Several liquids were changed in the next thirty minutes.

The plane was started up and sputtered to life after fifteen more minutes  .. And hot pockets and soda were forced upon Keiko ..

Some of this security footage went missing later ..

Keiko swore in English and angrily hit five spots on the cockpit's various instrument panels a la an 80 TV series called Riptide ..
Keiko angrily chomped on several twizzlers as the motor was turned off and on and panels were hit and ... Keiko fell out of the pilot's chair she was sitting in .. and the engine ...

Adam clapped his hands and hollered out a happy,"Huzzah!"

First you see her...now you don't..."Are you alright hon?"

After Keiko walked off the plane Adam walked around the plane with his hand rubbing the cool, smooth metal.
He met Keiko and Terry at the door and said"Ain't she a beaut? Oh she is going to look beautiful. She's going t be painted a shiny pink with flakes of gold in the paint and her name is going to be called the Pink Panther and we will have a plane reveal once everything is fixed and working perfectly. She has to be running better than 100%."

Keiko had walked off for around fifteen minutes ..

She had grabbed a large chicken parm sub, a lg m&m cookie, a water and a small cloth shopping bag that held a box from her bro, Ted.

She said to Adam "I took another fifteen minute break, Boss. And I am alright."

She also smiled a little at all her co-workers

Adam waved his hand in the air as if he is dismissing it. "Ahh shoot Keiko as long as we are not busy and you don't have any kind of repairs you can do work in your office if you like. And if there are parts you need look them up and bring me the list and I'll contact the warehouse people...but you know come to think about it...maybe I'll give give that responsibility to you, because there will be days I won't be here and you may need a rush part and you can order it yourself from now on. How's that sound? And since I'm making you my  assistant you get a $1.00 raise oh and that 5,000 coming to y'all should be in your account right now check as if not there just let me know, ok?,"

She walked out to the Lunch Truck that comes out on Fridays. Adam chose a BBQ pulled beef sandwich, a bag of chips and a peach cobbler

He looked at Keiko who was eyeballing his food...
Innocently he said,"What? Trust me I will still be hungry for my birthday meal tonight. Now do you want anything to go with that dry chicken Parm Sammie?"

Keiko showed Adam the Marinara sauce, lettuce and cheese on her sammie.

Keiko said "I'm fine as is at this moment, Adam."

Keiko grabbed Adam's keys from his hip then opened up Adam's truck and the duo hopped in to talk when Adam got his food ... "Adam, you might want to clear your mouth .. 15 14 13 12 11 10 9 8 7 6 5 4 3 2 1 .. Ted gifted me a few boxes of condoms and accessories. And before you say a thing ...the gift could have been given way to early. And feel free to bash my bros heads together if you're angry at all. I may rip one or both of my bros new assholes if I get grumpy. We can talk about me to order parts .. Perhaps I can transition a little slower into your assistant. Or you've listened to whomever who foisted me onto you er vetted me with. As for the five grand ... perhaps next bonus should be a coupla hundred or maybe a grand for me. I have so much free cash you see. So has the boss decided when the hub is closing today? I do have one project to do .. the one to do depends on when we are to close up shop."

Keiko smirked / frowned .. She was more neutral and not pissed .. She unzipped her jumpsuit an inch and handed Adam the keys so he could turn on the AC.

Keiko then munched on her sandwich slowly to keep her mouth from not allowing more words to escape.

She then sipped her unfortunately alcohol free cola.

"I'm not angry about the gift and I understand that he wants to make sure that you are safe when you have sex ad I all for being safe..but have given you how I feel about us having sex right now. Considering that we literally just got together I don't think it's a good idea for us to have sex right now. I don't think we are ready for that kind of commitment. And I'm a little hurt that you keep bringing it up especially after you know how I feel about it." He laid his  head back on the dress rest.
He thought ; ,man I sure hope for a stiff drink and a  cigarette. Oh wait I got something even better:(,,your decision Keiko heard his thoughts or not.)

He leaned over, practically in her lap ashe opened the glove box, he dug  around a few minutes then said'",Yes I found it."

He rolled over and then looked up at Keiko's face,"You are so beautiful." He raised up and kissed Keiko then sat up on his side of the truck and started the truck to help cool Keiko.

Keiko didn't know what Adam had found that was better .. and the box was stuffed into a bag in the back of the cab. She was perplexed as to what Adam was looking for in the glove box and what Adam was thinking of that had escaped her notice.

Keiko sat back in the front seat and was kissed a second later.

Keiko kissed Adam back and said "Sorry about Ted's gift .. warning .. don't say anything to that .. and yes it is too early for sex and I'm sorry all that hurt you ... we should get our jobs for the day done and so forth ... I'll see you inside in a few. And thank you for praising my beauty."

She started to open her door and begin to get ready to touch earth.

She zipped up her jumpsuit ... and then put her sandwich in her mouth ...

Keiko smiled, nodded, zipped up her jumpsuit then hopped out of the truck and normally and hurriedly walked into the main office.

Terry watched Keiko hurry away as he approached Adam "When you first read selected bits of Keiko's work history, I figured she was going to be a burden on us. Glad I was wrong."

Anne [T's wife] walked up and held out a hand and Terry gave her $100.

Anne looked surprised and said "The bet was $50."

Terry said "Interest."

Anne smirked and put away the cash and then sauntered away.

Terry smiled and said "Let's get this workday done with, old buddy."

Adam had to ask,"I know I Will probably regret asking this but what was the bet about?"

Adam and Terry walked to the main office and to Adam's office.
Asm poured himself a cup of coffee while he waited for the answer.

Adam shook his head and finished off his coffee, "She's a damn hard worker that is a perfectionist just like me."

Adam made ares pot of coffee and plopped a suckerin his mouth, "Man earlier I wanted a cigarette and a stiff drink but I did find a can of skoal in my glove box, I put it in my bag just in case I need it."

He bit down on the sucker and chewed it up then washed it down with a fresh cup of java.

Adam made a face, "Dude you haven't seen my place since I bought it three years ago then disappeared for 2 years. Everything is up to code and all the modern conveniences that any bachelor or newly married woman would want in her house. The Ranch is a perfect place to live. You and Anne need to bring yo' yungins Todd And Chrissy swimming and grilling at Uncle Adam's Ranch."

Hikuru put her things away and sat down behind the desk. Martha walked in, "Oh I'm glad you made it. So we will start by going over all the account books then go from there."

Hikuru nodded her head, she was ready to dive right in.

Adam walked in carrying two trays of coffee from Seven Brothers Coffee. He sat them down on the table and handed a. Frappe to Martha then kissed her cheek, he handed Hikuru a white chocolate mocha frappe , which made her smile. He whispered, "A little birdie told me.," referring to Keiko
He kissed her cheek and then took the rest of the coffees in the trays to his office where he started working and drinking 6 large cups of coffee.

Hikuru looked up when Keiko walked in, "Hi baby does Adam always drink so much coffee,? '

Keiko had just texted to her bf You are so sexy, Adam. And I wish we were married already ..

Keiko frowned a little and looked at the mom "Adam enjoys his coffee. I'd like to talk to him about limiting his intake soon."

She switched gears, smiled a little, sat down in a comfy chair and said "Is your office and job agreeing with you, mom?"

Hikuru nodded her head, "Yes I think that the job is going to be a piece of cake once I get it on a system that actually runs more proficiently. Right now i have seen a few descrepencies that won't look good on audits. But I will have them taken care of by the end of the day and will have saved the company a couple of millions of dollars... Possibly in the companies favor. I'll take care of it when Martha goes to lunch. She said her husband is picking her up at 10:30 and won't be back until after 1. That will give me plenty of time to correct all the books and ledgers. And arrange all appointments so that he will actually know when he has a customer. And I'm going to set up the tablets that he bought for just that occasion and for communication. You will see just how proficient the office will run in a few days. Hikuru walked away and headed back to the main office where she found Martha sitting on the sofa eating donuts and drinking coffee. She shrugged and sat down behind the desk and started fixing all the problems that Martha had caused, over looked and had no clue what in the world she was doing other than answering the phones and half ass take messages.

Terry found the big boss as Adam was locking the door to his office.

Terry handed Adam a jewelry box which contained a pair of biplane earrings.

Terry said "I hope Keiko will enjoy these, boss. I saw these earrings after you said to me that you wanted simple ideas for a pressie for her. By the way, I've sent you some info ..  the Lone Star Flight Museum needs aid with projects like a Fokker DR.I triplane that has seen better days. We need to put in our request to aid the museum by a week from this Friday."

Terry soon left the scene and Adam took a moment to think .....

A few moments later, Keiko sent a text that reads I love you .. its getting hard to wait for our wedding night before we are fully intimate. By the by .. you are so sexy. See you in a few moments. By the way, I'm going to make you some Korean snacks before bed.

Karl said goodbye to the wife and daughter and hopped in the car with Kevin ....

Adam smiled as he looked at earrings. "Aww man these are perfect. Thanks. I'll pay ya back in your check." He nodded as Terry told him about their next project, something to think about not like he doesn't have the money to do it but he will think about it.
His phone went off, he dug in jacket pocket and pulled his phone out and read the text. He smiled put a Dum Dum sucker in his mouth, he could really go for a cigarette right about now.
He wrote his soon to be wife,

Just locking the door, got a business opportunity from Terry just now, gonna think about it. Oh I can't wait until we are married so I can ravish your body. Ohhhh yummy Korean Snacks. I can't wait. Ok I will see you in a few meet me at the truck in love you.
Adam hit send and dropped his phone back in his pocket.
He said goodbye to Martha and handed her an envelope with her retirement fund in it. She looked inside and squealed, "Oh Adam are you sure about this?"
Adam smiled and nodded his head, "Yes now have fun in Boca."
Martha and her hubby drove away.
Adam walked over to Keiko and hugged her then opened the door for her then got in himself..

The duo drove over to the hub.

Keiko entered the main hangar and went into her office and closed the door behind her.

She sat down at her desk, turned on her desk fan and took some shots into a plastic bucket [placed on her desk] with a few mini foam balls.

She decided to log onto her work desktop, took off the light jacket she wore, refreshed her light make-up then quickly nodded off until someone came to find her.

He sits back and thinks about their doctors appointments and wonders if Keiko will go through with the surgery after they get married.

Keiko woke up thirty minutes later and yawned ....

She checked if there was anything pressing on her computer ... She grabbed a box of cooks from her desk.

She smiled as a main portion of her workload was taken care of by Terry.

She checked where her future hubby was, checked her hair and make up, secured and turned off her computer, secured her office and knocked on Adam's door.

Keiko then cheerfully called out "Can I interest you in some Girl Scout cookies, sir?"
