Grant called Caroline and said calmly and pleasant-like and was not being goofy after finding out who was calling him "Hi, I'm guessing ... no I'm not going to guess or make any jokes  .. I'm in the laundry room and away from the man cave and we can talk for however long about whatever."

If he needs to mention Adan's sibs for a reason he does so [the trio have talked the past few days .. etc] ... Later he will work them into the conversation if need be.

"Grant your child support still hasn't arrived yet. You told me last week that it would be here today and it never showed up. I need it to get things for our children. Selma is in the Drama Club this year so she needs a pair of black tights for a performance she is doing in a couple of weeks and Quentin is President of the Chess Club and Science Club again and he needs his letterman's jacket for his patches. And I was depending on my check last week and this week to pay for it. And I have neither of them."

In reply to Grant Newman (msg # 3):

Grant kept Carolne entertained until triple the requested amount owed / desired arrived in cash with a typed receipt via MAGE COURIER and then found its way into Caroline's hot little hands somehow ...


Grant said "My apologies but I was trying to get you a regular courier but a lot of them were too busy to make an easy hundred or so. I kid you not. Did you want to physically meet today or tomorrow, Caroline?"

"Oh that's up to your child bride. If she will let you come visit your children and without bringing her so you can stay more than five minutes. So what do you want to do?"

In reply to Caroline Newman (msg # 6):

Grant sighed and said "Meet me in 15 minutes at ______ ... and yes I want to see our children. My child bride won't meet up with then."

Caroline smiled,"Alright I'll drag them out of their room. It would be so much easier if you came here like you use to before her. We will meet you at Whataburger in 15. Do you still eat the double bacon double cheese with everything on it? If so I'll go ahead and order it for you. And your. Chocolate shake like you always liked." She let out a small laugh .
After any remarks she hung the phone up and went to Selma's room she knocked 3 times then she walked in,"Get ready we are meeting your poppy at the Whataburger in 15 minutes."

She went to Quentin's room and knocked on the door then opened it,"Quentin dear get ready we are meeting you pop for dinner at Whataburger in 15 minutes. I'll be in the car. DO NOT MAKE ME HONK!" She walked out and into her room. She spritz herself with his favorite perfume, that his current wife refuses to wear them let her hair down the way he always liked it and put on a little color to cheeks and into his fave outfit then knocked on the doors as she rushed by down the stairs and out to the mini van within a few minutes Selma drudgingly walked to the van and grabbed the front seat, wearing all black. Quentin locks the door and gets in the second row. He's wearing a shirt that says,'LGBTQ 4/EVER' and it was a rainbow Tshirt. Anything to bug the shit out of their father.

Grant said "I figured I'd try and get us all out of the hovel for once. I though I'd listen to my docs words and undo some of the damage I've done according to you."

"Well Grant thats a wonderful idea, you need to spend more time with your kids and have more family time with them. I think it will help you and them. And maybe Selma wouldn't be such a depressed emo."
