Anthony stood up in the front of the bus,"Ok folks your first week tour was fantastic. We just Oliver to stop trying to play solos on the drums.. especially when it doesn't call for a drum solo and Denise you hit that flat note on that song...Don't Cry For Me Baby...second chorus..you hit it flat and in rehearsal you skipped over it all together.

He turned his look toward Sally,"FYI, You wil have a lot of people, psychos etc giving their room key,articles of clothing,their phone number etc etc or ask for your autograph and to take selfies with you, get used to it, it's going to happen and I hope for her sake that your little wifey doesnt meet us and starts problems, fights embarrassing moments. We an have that especially with Rolling Stone hitching a ride with us. Bad publicity."
Everyone looked toward the Rolling Stones guy then back at Anthony. Now if she does cause any grieve she will asked to leave. No ifs, and or buts.  Other than that let's  get you good folks to bed. We should hopefully be pulling into San Antonio in a few hours or so. Then we will get a hotel, compliments of Rolling Stone." Everyone started clapping as the reporter just kinda half ass stood up, and raised his hand then sat back down.  The reporter offered to ride behind the drivers seat Incase bed needed.

Once they were back in the only bedroom in the tour bus with the door closed Loretta looked at Sally then said,"You don't need a gun because that is what you have me for. I'm carrying and I'm licensed to carry too..so  if anything like what happened tonight happens again it will be handled differently. The keys will be taken to the front desk and the phone number will be torn up and either flushed or thrown away.   You are not to be around other people without me. I take my job seriously, very seriously."

Sally did not mess up but it was hoped Anthony was reminded that he could bitch her out even if he had no reason to.

Sally was willing to have critique .. And technically the critique was in this case may have been the swipe at Ollie.

Sally looked over at Loretta... "And I am licensed as well .. I used to do security guarding for a day at a time when crunching numbers and taking dictation got boring. Not the same as the level of security you do is obvious. BUT point or points well taken. And noted that next time any issues with unwanted pests will be handled differently."

Sally had zoned out somehow and the duo were not in Kansas er the bus anymore.

Sally rolled her eyes towards the wall and asked her companion "Truthfully how does the bed feel?"

Sally exercised her arms and shoulders "My bod will feel much better when my masseuse shows on Saturday."

Loretta moaned, "Oh girl its like budda'. It's so soft my body just melds I to it. It's a memory foam posturpedic mattress. It is to die for. Girl boo please. Look forward to your Saturday masseuse ... What ya mean to say is ya can't wait for ya Saturday Goosin'. You know your Boo Will be down here Saturday to be with you. So quit pretending you haven't been thinking about it. I know I have been thinking about my Fernando... He will be here for the weekend until Monday then he has to fly to New York to sign some papers on some land deals. I have no clue but you will see me when we all go out for dinner before the show. Saturday I will have this room next door and that door will be unlocked just Incase you need me ill come running."

Friday morning it was time for some make-up, interviewing, and breakfast.

Sally finished her food, looked over at the cosmetologist and then at the interviewer.

The interviewer asked, "Ok Sally... Who have you missed the most so far while you have been on tour?  How do you feel when you see the reaction that the audience have when not just the curtain opens up or the light turns on but when you, being the lead singer of Artik Rozes, walk out on the stage? How did you feel the last day of your tour in Austin when that guy rushed out on stage and tried to get to you and Loretta tackled him before he did. How did that make you feel?  Were you scared? Or relieved that you have someone like Loretta on your team that's always on her toes protecting you? Is there anything you would change about the tour? "

Sally nibbled on a twizzler and thought for a moment then said "I am so thrilled that The Artik Rozes have a great fanbase who like our music, concerts and are fine with the bandmembers, tech folks and other fans who have mentioned their quote regular .. and LGBTQIA+ lifestyles. As you and now some of your readers now know I am married to a woman named Olivia ...  who I miss very much. Ollie and I communicate regularly. After a year and a half [?] or so of being constantly together it was decided by us to follow my dream."

She paused and sipped some water while waiting for the interviewer "As for the gent who rushed the stage it was scary. I decided to channel my martial arts knowledge and was ready to help Loretta if required and I was thrilled to have a security team in place. I have some training in such things because my parents wanted me to be able to protect myself and I worked as a security guard in a warehouse setting for a few summers. Feel like I should be saying more."

She chuckled ...

She snapped her fingers "You asked what I would change about the tour .. I'd like to see other bandmembers given a little more of the singing spotlight during the shows."

She thought up some way to begin commenting about her education, secretary jobs and her hobbies.

She moved wrong and her hair was tugged at .. she barely yelped and said "My bad [name of cosmetologist]."

She texted Ollie while she had a quick break cuz the interviewer had to take one text ..

At the rehearsal Sally switched her axe with the lead guitarist when Sally was barely using hers in the hope something would improve ... if even moods .. for at least the rehearsal.

This duo tuned up the lead's guitar during a break.

Early on there was the Black Leather Clad Angel song and she hoped Ollie would be fine with her acting with Angelic dancing partner in person ... Ollie had access to footage but hadn't really commented yet.

A mental message went out to Ollie *Love you, love my family. Can't wait til tomorrow. Never knew I would be capable of being in love with anyone. You are a gorgeous woman.*

Loretta sharply spoke after Anthony had tried to get peoples attentions and brought Sally back to reality..

After she mentally sent that message to Sally she called Loretta to make sure that their plan was still in effect. Loretta told her it was still on and she couldn't wait to see Sal's face when it happens. They ended the call

Sally kissed the phone case she had just bought that had female lips on the back ..

She looked at Loretta as she rolled her eyes at the back of her phone.

She muttered "Why did I by this case .. am I sixteen?"

She then said to Anthony "Don't hold back with any insults, Gordon Ramsay ... so does anything still need to the new song I wrote called Drama Queen which is in the works for unveiling this month? And before I reminded about meetings ... maybe I should shut up and tell my PA to remind me to note everything about everything I could say to the GM."

She frowned and looked around for something soft to hit herself with .. she said to Loretta in a text .. Remind me often  ... Ease up on the f'g jokes .. I am an employee.

Sally had a neutral expression on her pretty, painted face .. she placed the  guitar she had on her the desk close to Anthony before she fiddled with stuff and annoyed him even more.

She inclined her head respectfully and waited for the riot act she expected for what she did.

"I have to ask... Do you think you are being cute or funny for what you are saying and the way you are acting? No one is impressed. Would you treat your other manager this way? You don't have to answer that because I know you wouldn't. I did not tell her to go skiing and run into that tree and then fall off that cliff and break almost every bone in her body. Im her boss I was trying to do a favor for her, she asked me to take her place for as long as it took, I agreed to do it for her, but it doesn't give you the right to treat me like a piece of shit and act like a Prima Donna, get over yourself and be a team member again. What's the old saying there's no I in team. I don't want to cancel the tour because this is good money for everyone including your old manager, I agreed I would still give her her cut to help her out. Do you want to be the cause of her not getting her money or the band not getting their money? Think about it. Yes I'm going to bring up problems I see so while y'all are performing y'all don't make that mistake again. You are a damn good performer... Act like it. "

Anthony sighed and went back to doing paperwork.

Sally nodded at her boss when he looked up "Point well taken, Mr. Ballard. Off the topic .. Mrs. Flannery was asked by me if she and or the band .. perhaps that's the same in many cases ... needed more funds. Mind you, I did contribute some .. mostly in the form of nifty merch. I can do more as well as the necessary improvements. I'd prefer you not to flatly tell me yes or no until you have thought on the request and talked with Mrs. Flannery. She has accepted a small amount but no more. I appreciate my job more than I show."

Sally had not called him anything else but Mr. Ballard officially since day one ... she addressed whatever that needed to be said to him mostly without a name attached in public.

We have all the merch for each concert, the places that y'all perform pay rather handsomely and I pay whatever bills right off the top then I have envelopes for the rest of the money to pay all of you. Which if things run as smooth as the concert did in Austin... You will each be taking home around 5 k. Which I will give y'all at dinner time that is when everything will be separated. And you can call me Anthony or Tony... A lot of people call me Tony, actually most of the band call me that. Just think about it."
