When applying for a game please pitch your idea clearly.
Do this especially if you do not want to spend time answering questions about what kind of game you want to play. Most likely you have a complete idea about what kind of game you want to play, but if I do not know what this is, I cannot start or do this clearly. This is especially true if we use a pre-established setting. I will most likely not know as much about it as you want, nor will I know which theme's and ideas you find important.

If you don't want to do any of this co-operative setting creation that is okay too.
Please state this from the outset so that I don't accidentally start to bother you by badgering you with questions without knowing that you do not like that. Understand then as well that if you don't want to input from the start you don't really get to complain if I don't get it right along the line.

Some guiding questions for requesting to join:

• What genre would you like to play in?
• What type of character would you like to play?
• What kind of adventures would you like to engage in?
• If choosing an existing setting, what about the setting do you find important? What do you care about us getting right?
• If choosing an existing character from a book, novel, video game, what about this character do you think is important?

The more specific you are with these, the better I will be in "getting it right" and the sooner we will be actually playing.
