Regarding character cretion.

*You do not have to roll the random tables, you can pick whatever super abilities you are entitled to.
*The only chart to be rolled is the one to determine the number and type of super abilities you start with.
*Characters start at level 1.
*For attributes roll 4d6 dropping the lowest. Allot the rolled numbers as you wish.
*Pick education and skills that suit your background and character idea.

Regarding leveling.

Levels will be awarded by the GM when appropriate.

For those of you who have been around for some time;

1. The Ban on mentioning Demons and Devils, and by extension extradimensional monsters trading on their name and reputation, has been lifted.

Anything Palladium has stats for may show up in this game.

2. The Four-Color-Comics so No One Can Die rule has also been lifted.

This won't be The Boys by any stretch but it will be at least as gritty as a Claremont comic from the 80s.

Be aware that you all work for an organization that operates under strict rules. Your character may not appreciate or respect these rules but they are not exempt from them or, more importantly, the consequences of breaking them.

Imo that is a good thing.

However be advised that I will be altering to some degree the stats and abilities of ALL of the NPCs (Heroes, Villains, and in-between) so as to provide a more challenging experience.
