Planet 3: Doro - Habitable.  Traces of modern cities, large radioactive zones, tribes with scavenged tech struggling to survive in zones of lesser radiation.

Planet 4: Luthien - Habitable.  Early Gravitational drive.  Two related native species who have a long past of struggling for equal representation and cultural respect.  Current leaders wish to ally and uplift other species, but fear destroying their native cultures or otherwise harming them.

Planet 5: Th'Manaii - Habitable.  Early Gravitational drive.  Land dwelling civilizations nearly engaged in a nuclear war with each other, but were stopped when the sea dwelling civilization asserted telekinetic control of the missiles and seized authority.  Current rulers wish to limit the ability of short-lived species to get everyone killed.

Planet 6: Zabri - Habitable, cold.  Chemical propulsion drives.  Fearful that their more advanced neighbors will conquer them, so seek an edge.  Low gravity.

Asteroid belt: Some small mining outposts from Luthien and Th'Manaii, rumors of unknown species sightings and rogue ships seeking plunder.  Several dwarf planets.

Planets 7: Pascia - Violet clouded Gas Giant.  Lots of moons.  Hydrogen mining station in upper atmosphere maintained by Luthien.

Planet 8: V'Huttau - Green clouded Gas Giant.  Lots of moons, planetary rings.  Hydrogen mining station in upper atmosphere maintained by Th'Manaii.

Planet 9: Nothsi - Cold, thick clouds.  Ruins of Precursor outposts under survey from inner worlds.
