Geoffrey sticks out of the wall,"Ha, those vermin didn't stood a chance against you lot. Heh, they didn't get to even face me or see that I was here the whole time." he says chuckling to himself, then looks at the oversize rodents,"Do you think this is all of them?"

Glorandal looks around in the gloom, checking each stall. "I don't think there any more. Do we need to take proof? Maybe the tails?" He says motioning to the dead rats.

Lucia shook her head as she approached the others, "I agree we need to take the corpses, but first we should make sure we are done.  Where did the rats come from?  They were not obvious when we first arrived here, so maybe they have a tunnel or bolt hole."

Working her way out from the rat corpses, Lucia will search for clues to find where the rats came from.

Tappis watched and waited for one of the rats to get near to any one of his companions, keeping the bow trained along their paths. As it stepped close, attention on another, he loosed the arrow.

Action: Ready Action - Attack
Trigger: gets into melee range of an ally (or otherwise allows for sneak attack)
Result: Hit AC 25 for 5 Piercing damage + 4 Sneak Attack

This Rat missing an eye, seems to not see the arrow that brings its doom until too late, the screech is high pitched though.

Valaric again moves forward to strike at a rat with his katana, "Ausa maskaulat ent Uskeche" This time the attack was unsuccessful missing the rat.

"Hah, I knew their would be more where that came from." Geoffrey says, raising his blade at the rats but stops himself,"Ah blast, it's that time already." he says, then takes a seat on the floor and pulls out a twig that's been hollowed out and has a few holes,"You guys can handle it, I'll just finish up a short flute session." he says, expertly playing the makeshift breakable flute.

Geoffrey finishes up his flute session, breaking the twig in the process. He then looks toward the remaining rats,"Huh, looks like a few more still live. Don't worry about it, cause now I'm joining the fray." he says, then grabs his big sword and delivers a downward arc towards the rat, cutting it down.

Action: Greatsword used on Rat

Geoffrey wipes the blood off his blade and looks at the others that are searching for more rats,"I don't think their are any more of these giant vermin. Unless theirs a king or queen rat, but I doubt it."

Lucia joined in on searching the stables for clues with the others.  She was a little rattled by her first discovery of the four additional rats but continued on with the search none-the-less.

Once the hay bales are clear, a crack that seems to widen to five feet high and about as wide is visible in the side of the hill the stable is backed up to.
