I am Quinn Sebastian, General Director of the Delphi Council. We at the Delphi Council are glad to have found you! Whether you were able to come to us or we had to rescue you from a terrible fate, we thank you for your decision to stay with us.

You were chosen because you have demonstrated in the field the ability to manipulate Possibility Energy. This is believed to account for your ability to sense the abilities of enemies, your ability to find ways to accomplish daring feats, and your ability to withstand damage that would kill the average citizen.

You have been assigned to the Hero Division, which I manage myself. Other divisions are given to other Directors for primary management, but I prefer to keep this division for myself.

We have run all our heroes through a computer simulation, and based on the results we have assigned you to this strike team. Whether you see it or not, we believe this configuration will allow each member to exploit their strengths and cover for each other's weaknesses as much as possible. We consider all our heroes to be valuable resources, and you should too.
