Mission 1, Scene 4: Under and Over
JJ was glad for the distraction that the newcomers had given the edeinos as it gave her time to find more shells for the shotgun. Working her way back to the sewer entrance where the edeinos were, she saw a bloody fight with modern humans, probably a Delphi Council rescue team. The rest of her crew had been killed or incapacitated, so maybe they could free her to continue her mission to the strange tower.
One of the presumed rescuers took a nasty spear blow that would have killed a normal person. He was able to escape behind the guy who looked like Drago from Rocky IV in a Russian uniform and fire some sort of flame at the leader, but they were in hot pursuit. That meant they had to go past her line of fire, and she took the opportunity to punish them for forgetting about her. The two without the bone necklaces fell immediately, while the necklaced guy (or was it girl, do they even have gender?) started gushing blood more profusely.
