Since I expect that you, the players, may have varying degrees of knowledge about Torg: Eternity, I welcome any suggestions for threads to help explain parts of the game you would like help with.

An OOC or 'Peanut gallery' thread for players (and GM) to post absences or off thread discussions.

Not sure if you want a pool/hand thread with current drama card or how to run that.  Might be a bit of work to upload pics of the cards to an image hosting site (I do have those converted to jpg for my Roll20 TE game if needed).

The easiest might be to just take a picture of the hands and drama card and just upload it using the 'Game Map' (maybe a separate 'map pic' for each player's hand/pool).  Not sure how clear/legible it'd be but that might be the easiest option (so you wouldn't have to embed a link for each hosted card in a post) barring a good idea/resource from someone else.

This is what I did; noting I have dropped from 12 fairly active players last June to 3 barely active players today...this is meant as an inspiration more than a suggestion.

Before I put a sheet together, is there any possibility of us starting with some xp?

What does the group think? I am willing to adjust to the group, but my understanding was that there were players who wanted to learn the system, so that's why I was planning on starting from base character creation.

I'm inclined to intro starting PCs.  5 xp an act will develop a PC fairly quickly (even for pbp's slower pace) and it's still pretty early in the war timeline regardless.

I'm with Case. I like starting with little and earning those first points.

I would suggest some starting xp, mostly because online games take so long to finish even one act.

If we start at 0XP, I may be inclined to skip Speed Demon...if we start with at least 5XP, Johnny has to have it... useful or not. I also need to get the "No Fatigue" upgrade for his armor.

Honestly...I don't care; I assumed 0 at start.
