The monks do not believe that they possess the skills necessary to be helpful.  They believe their lack of magical aptitude makes them less than the ideal partner for this venture.

The druids are not necessarily looking for someone with magical aptitude. We need people who are diligent and observant not to mention who are flexible if dangers are encountered.

The Rangers will come to the aid of the druids.

All of my ideas, unfortunately, involve more work for the GM.  For instance: with some of the successes, we recover information that we, the players, have to put together to reveal  the existence of other missions.  Eventually, we have missions coming from you, and missions coming from the clues (assuming we figure out the clues).

All of this builds, leading to an ultimate mission to deal with some larger threat that may require all of our combined forces.  Perhaps the final elimination of the Cult of Callum, or the thwarting of its effort to bring the Demon of Annihilation from the Pits of Hell -- or something like that.

I'll think about it...

I just got a little overexcited and carry it away when I was typing it LOL. But I really really liked having The Bard's on this mission in particular because I think that bards along with druids would be the very best organizations when dealing with things like fey and I just wanted to highlight that as much as I could. Like I said my mind and hands just got carried away typing. :)
