On unskilled rolls, the d6 Wild Die also has a -2 penalty for future reference.

Are we playing it as if Jackdaw died in the fight, or will you be NPC'ing him for a while? Just want to know if Sigrun should be trying to Heal him (skilled rather than divine, since that worked out so well) or giving him Last Rites.

Given that Fearless Leader posted in Players Wanted requesting a player for a Half-Orc Barbarian, I will guess he's just barely alive.

He is barely alive. I have plans for him but I may have a new player taking him over. The last week and half has been a blur but today I am catching up. Some....:)

So my son has tested positive for COVID this morning. He woke up in the middle of the night last night with a fever and sore throat. My wife and I are negative- we've had the booster but our son is too young to get it yet. I don't know what this is going to do to my time to post since my wife is supposed to start teaching tomorrow and I start next Tuesday, but I'll try to keep checking in.

Sorry I owe you guys an apology. Work has been crazy lately.

To make a long story short, we had a person leave our department in a fit of rage (IT). Which left us short handed during rotations. This has lead to more work being dumped on our heads. I'll still be able to play but its most likely going to be weekend updates.

So yes, I am still here. Yes. I am going to answer post and get the show on the road.

For what it's worth I favor the idea of our captive taking us where we want to go, but I'm chilling and consider the game on hiatus until real life problems subside.

I'm not the original player, but I'm taking him over.   The DM's permission was given of course. I don't really care when my character comes back in, this was mostly just my way of saying, I'm all caught up with what's happened, and introduce myself, after a fashion, to the rest of the group.

That was the last plan of a new player taking over Jackdaw, but I was wondering if you were the OG player come back.
