You finally arrive in Richemulot, in particular the city of Saint Ronges, from this distance it appears to be a medium sized city if it were on your world. The city is surrounded by a pretty high wall. You can see a few guards manning the gates, but it's less than what you'd expect.

Lop gestured towards the city "It looks to be a busy place, but is it just me or is the gate under manned?"

"It does," Richtor said. "The city council refused to accept the new ruler when she took power and as a result she cut off payments and other services to the city. They were hit rather hard by the plague as well."

"Do you know why they refused to accept her?" Lop asked as they walked.

"I'm afraid I don't," Richtor said.
